The customer service was very poor. First, the cashier was irritated that I only had a 100 dollar bill. We ordered 24$ in food but he didn't even count back our change, he just handed us a wad of money and closed the window. When we got to the next window, I tried to tell the female that I wanted her to please let the manager know that the cashier wasn't very friendly or courteous and informed her how we received our change and she just looked at me like she didn't...
The food was typical fast food no better than worse than most the service was spectacular even though it was lunch time in the nearby high school kids showed up right in front of me. I'm talking they walked in one door and I came in the other door right behind a large crowd of them they fantastic staff at this location got our food to us quicker than a lot of locations that are doing nothing but our meal would have done. Don’t have a Braum’s near me so I always pick up some of their jalapeno cheddar sausage to bring home. They are excellent and freeze very well too.
