The employee was very nice when we ordered our food and upon getting it we received all of our order to be cold and the fries were tough they looked to have been sitting wayyyy past the 5 minute hold time also the chicken fries and bacon cheese tots

This Whataburger was great but a little weird, not letting you drive up to the last window until they waived you up. Recent staff changes has made every order I have received missing something or given us the wrong order.

Sometimes you just crave a flame broiled hamburger. Burger Chef is long gone as so far as chain burger joints have gone. (IF ONLY BURGER KING WOULD USE CHOPPED ONIONS)

I never have been dissatisfied with the service or the food in the Gainesville restaurant. I see posts from 5-7 years ago but this location has not been here that long. Shane and his crew are very attentive and courteous. They always prepare my food with my special requests. I dine inside because I want to enjoy the food when it's fresh.

Great and hot food. The 2 young ladies working tonight 9/9/2025 around 8pm were amazing and they rocked them orders out like they were fully staffed. Elizabeth and Whitney are Amazing employees
