So we did our order online and I had put the order in 30 minutes before it was supposed to be picked up will get there and itās not made yet. They hadnāt even started it so after waiting another 20 minutes, we should just refund our card well then one of the Chick-fil-A members called me and said hey our manager is gonna bring you your order. Well we get our order and itās not correct. Itās missing items and I get charged twice on my debit card and I advised them of this and I kind of feel like I was just blown off. Iāve never had an issue with the Sherman Chick-fil-A but this is my With Gainesville and it kind of sucks that I really do like them but when I hit your card for $90 and then they canāt guarantee when theyāll pay that back that becomes a problem to me

I wrote a review of this location and now it has disappeared from the list. I am now writing a new one. It has a large parking lot, although it is always full. the drive through is always packed, especially lunchtime, but it is pretty fast. The inside is nice and clean and the service is excellent. Probably one of the best run fast food places in Gainesville. Too bad I hate their food. How can people call this chicken? It's literally a large pressed and formed chicken nugget on a bun. Not tasty at all, and the regular and spicy are identical. Sorry Chick-fil-A, there are much better chicken sandwiches out there for the price.

After a 21 minute wait we never received our order of standard items, nuggets, strips, spicy sandwich, and fries. The staff seemed as though they couldnāt care less and they offered us a gift card for a complimentary medium French fry.
After getting a refund the manager told me āthe food is ready what should I do with itā. I told her Iād didnāt care because it wasnāt mine. I wasnāt there for free food. I was there for the consistent overpriced fried chicken I expect from any chick-fil-a, that I paid for.
This place is terrible and I will never be back. Probably be a long while before I visit any chick-fil-a again.

Made a stop on a roadtrip from OKC to Austin. The staff was so friendly, and reminded me how much I miss Texas. My kiddo dropped his chicken nuggets on the way to the car and Ryleigh, I think the manager, without hesitation offered to replace them. Another employee, on his break, saw my Spurs shirt and started a conversation about the latest games. This place is by the border between OK and TX and you immediately know youāre in TX. I spent a total of 15 minutes there and they quickly showed why I love TX and Chick fil A.

BEING I WILL PAY EXTRA FOR THEM AND THAT WAS NOT AN OPTION!
Spend $30+ atleast 2 days a week get told I can only 4 per meal (nope canāt pay for extra)
Food is fine.. Iām just here wondering why every single time I get a parfait with fruit, the amount of fruit it comes with is insane.. 5 at max.. kinda sucks, just wanted fruit š¤¦āāļø
