They need to be trained in the essentials helping senior citizens read the menue.Vegetarian options: Need a larger non meat options.Dietary restrictions: Not many diabetic options.Also need the option if low salt to no salt varieties.Parking: Need better handicap options.No curbs......etc.Kid-friendliness: Yes.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, however need to have automatic doors.

I placed a to-go order from the App from this location as I was on my way to OKC for the Drake concert today and I wanted to grab and go as I was tight for time. When I arrived 20+ minutes later the order hadn't even started to be prepared yet and I was told I'd have to wait. I did receive and apology which was nice but I expect better from Chick-fil-A as this seems to be a systemic issue, it was explained that if drive-thru is busy they will de-prioritize to-go orders

Grabbed breakfast on the go through drive-thru. Hot and fresh food. Friendly and fast staff.
The worst service I have ever had at a chick FIL a location. I order my sandwich wrapped all the time and it comes wrapped neatly in lettuce with everything on it like a sandwich. They gave me a tiny container with everything thrown in including a tiny piece of lettuce that wouldn't even cover the patty and then refused to fix it when brought back in. This is such a sorry excuse for service. Would never recommend this location. (Update: someone from management reached out to my husband and apologized then said points would be added to our account to make up for the sorry service however we have still not received anything. Seems they only reach out to say they did.)

I probably wouldn't leave a review if this hadn't happened twice. Ordered a large fruit cup and it was half full. Leaving this in hopes someone from management or corporate will fix this because I love Chick-fil-A and hate to see it go down hill.
