One of the best Chicken Express I've ever been to. Food was very fresh,hot and delicious. Makes a person wonder why alot of other fast food restaurants settle for less. I would definitely recommend Chicken Express in Gainesville Texas to everyone.

Horrible!! We made an order and they were out of almost everything. We were asked to pull forward. We waited 40mins after they asked us to pull forward. We saw them throw away chicken right in front of us that we could have bought. To make it worse they closed right in front of us! We said we were waiting and they said sorry they had no more food!!!

Your so called blonde manager at 7:21 on Wednesday the June 12th. We were sitting in the lobby waiting on food while it set under the heater for 30 minutes. We were the only ones there. I ask for my food and was shoved it with no apology and when I turned my back my mother and son saw her roll her eyes at me. I ask for her name or someone to complain to and they would not give me a name or give me a number to complain. So here is my complaint and you lost business to.

Window cashier quick and unconcerned if we had all the things we asked for or needed. I'm visiting this city and staying in a hotel this guy is just trying to rush me out of the line as if there's a lunch rush or something. Maybe kids do not understand customer service.
