They need a better way to announce the customer's food number or someplace else to place the food order other than in front the condiments and the plastic ware. This common area should not be used for a staging place for customer's to pick up their food.

When I order a #1 with honey mustard I mean just that. I don’t mean gravy and charge me for honey mustard. And then to argue about it? I hope you enjoy that extra .35 cents. Your fat, stupid gravy loving manager can go eat all that extra gravy himself. I work a block away and will now drive to Golden Chick instead because of this greedy bumpkin.

I started my order at chicken express drive through with the lady yelling at me telling me she can't hear what i'm saying and that my vehicle is too loud. I then proceeded to turn off my car and asked her to repeat the order back to me which was completely wrong. She would sigh after every item I wanted to add/change. When I got up to the window the sweet old lady who handed me my food was awesome and friendly. But I caught a glimpse of the person who took my order doing their job poorly and throwing things around. It was a redhead woman.
