The only complaint I ever have at Chili's is they have the Air-conditioner freezing in there year round it's uncomfortable eating because I have to wear my coat the whole time

I ordered at the bar for a to go order. The bartender was going on and on about some personal situation instead of taking my order. Even when she finally did she was still unfocused and talking to other customers about her situation.

My Burger was still pink all the way though. I asked for no tomato, I got tomato. My fries were to salty. We weren’t satisfied at all. Especially for our first time going there.

The staff very polite and our waitress was prompt attentive and the food was the best from any Chili's I've eaten at and our order came out right the first time. Also I've never had to ask for lemon for my tea after said half and half tea with lemon. When she brought a second glass out it had a lemon with it.

My daughter and I went for an early girls dinner. The food was good. Our waitress was really nice but she did not return to check on us after we received our food. My daughter needed some salt and our drinks needed refilled. Besides that, this was great!

They literally have a cricket infestation and although the waitress was sweet bout it she definitely knew. The tortilla chips tasted so old, I couldn’t even eat them. Either they’re strong it in a bad area or the grease is old. Best thing we’re the appetizers

Overpriced food for the amount you get. That is what you should expect from a chain restaurant. The service is ok, food is ok. Nothing really special. I only come here when I'm with a party that is paying or a work lunch.

When we walked in to reserve a table, the girl who was the hostess was very sarcastic and had an attitude with my sister. I didn’t get her name, but she was white and tall. She had blonde/auburn hair in a ponytail. She also had glasses on. She continued her attitude taking us to the table. She had no problem smiling and laughing with her friends, but had a problem even greeting us. I don’t usually post reviews, but the way she talked to my sister really upset her. We told her we had a table for ten and one toddler, and she rudely said “so 11??” Yes, I’m glad you can do math honey.
