So it has a beautiful salad bar everything looked fantastic, but there’s still no cheese on the salad bar. Why not? And the ranch dressing tasted like it was spoiled. Impressive looking variety of pizzas. But we really only liked two of the pizzas that were a thin crust. Not much more. The chicken noodle soup had plenty of noodles when you pour the chicken stock on them there’s nothing in it. Not a terrible place to eat, but I’ve had better CCs.

Cici's is a good option to have in a small city like ours due to the game options for kids and variety of pizzas. The pizzas are above average and the service is usually okay. I think there is room for improvement but it's good overall.

Pizza was Cicis, so if you know what you’re getting it’s fine. Their Diet Coke didn’t work, they were out of forks the entire time we were there, and the employees generally seemed like they’d rather be anywhere else.
Not terrible, but nothing that makes me want to go back.

Its currently 3am the night after eating cicis...i cant sleep with sharp pains in my stomach and cant stay out of the bathroom. i would not recommend unless you wanna be sick.

For my family is was $70 bucks and there was dirty tables all over! There was only 5 different pizzas. It was unclean for that much money and I wasted my time for nothing. We should've gotten little ceasers pizza. It would've been better and cheaper

Cici's used to be a favorite place when I lived in south Texas, but the local one closed down. So when I moved to north Texas it was a nice find that at least there is one fairly local. Always like buffet style pizza because that way I'm not limited to just one kind.
Saw the reviews and decided it would be a good place to stop to get a bite with my family.
We love Cicis and frequent the Norman Oklahoma location as often as we can.
Unfortunately when we arrived not only was it quite empty, the noodles were practically rotting in the pan, the pizza was cold, the staff seemed less interested in doing anything other than mobile orders. Let alone tending to the buffet food. Also there was spit up/vomit in the women’s bathroom, I will attach a photo. Super unfortunate! We love CiCis! Hopefully yall can get this location up to par! Would love to come back if the previously stated issues were resolved!

I’m impressed with this cicis. For a buffet style restaurant it was well kept especially for having so many kids in there. I’d say cleanliness was 4/5 which isn’t a bad thing. The manager (gentleman with long hair) was super nice and helpful. All the pizzas were hot and fresh. Freshly made tea, no weird tasting water. I ate a lot and enjoyed everything!
