Worst service I've had at a Cracker Barrel. I've been to a couple of them in Houston where I live and understand this is not fast food. I was there at the table 10 minutes before a waiter walked up and took my order. I ordered an appetizer with our food. When my coffee ran out I asked for more and that took another 10 minutes at least. After 55 minutes with no food we decided to leave with a 5 hour trip ahead of us and had to just go through a McDonald's drive thru. Paid for our 2 coffees and left. They really need to retrain the staff to handle the traffic.

Standard service and atmosphere, but the food… absolutely the worst. My husband ordered the fried chicken with fries and an extra side of hash brown casserole. I had the egg sandwich with hash brown casserole. There wasn’t enough ketchup in the world to save how dry both the chicken and casserole were. My sourdough bread was burnt, and the whole meal tasted like it had been reheated from the day before. It’s a terrible feeling to be so hungry and end up with food like this.

Very friendly staff! The biscuits were a bit flat and undergone, gravy was very thick and cold, with under cooked eggs. I prefer my egg whites done. The waitress was nice and gladly brought us n

Ordered chicken tenders and got chicken fried chicken. Spouse got exactly what she ordered. Biscuits were smaller than normal. Nothing was a big deal just shouldn't be that hard to get what you order.

I had breakfast for the first time at Cracker Barrel and I was really disappointed...The biscuits was very small and gummy , the egg was a little under cooked .. Ill never eat breakfast at this one ever again ..I live lunch and dinner but not breakfast

Always a great place to dine in. Personally love that I can order online and set a time to do pick up for lunch during work. Food is always hot and ready when I pull up. Waiters are super friendly!
