AC is busted and has been for weeks according to employees. Supplies like straws not stocked and had to ask. They forgot my milkshake with my meal and I had to ask for it. Staff spent a bit of time complaining at each other.

Oh my goodness 🤩 I'm beyond excited this location still make Tropical Blizzard. I stay in Dallas: they either don't serve it or they don't have all the ingredients. Gainesville DQ took me back to my childhood 😋 yummy. Can't wait to go back❣️
