Domino's Pizza

Phone etiquette sucks. Called to add onion and they said they don't do that? Why it's not hard to satisfy a customer? Was told they only add jalapeño and bacon. Then when aske to add jalapeño they said they were already half way through the oven so they can't do that. Customer service need some DRASTIC improvement

Since when in our great country did cash become a problem to use. Will not except anything over a twenty dollar bill. Was a $46 charge and wouldn't except a $50 for payment. They make tools to check cash for fraud. Not to concerned with buying from businesses that don't except all legal tender.

The worker spoke very broken english and as a result messed our pizza up, it was nothing like how we ordered. I even double checked with him to make sure it was right.

They left off marinara of the extravaganza, it wasn’t thin crust, it’s missing meat as well. The other pizza was supposed to have sausage and black olives. It had pepperoni only. We were also supposed to have marinara dip for the cheesy bread. That was missing also. So all in all. 1-2 stars at best.

The pizza looked like someone just threw it all together. It also looked like it had been sitting for a long time. I hope this isn't normal for this Domino's.I will gladly send a pic of the pizza I received last night!!! This was by far the worst pizza I've ever gotten.

The food I’ve always ordered from here has been excellent until today. It was the worst ever. I ordered chicken Alfredo. There was hardly any chicken in it much less Pasta & very little amount of sauce. It was very dry. Not sure if I’ll order from them again. Very disappointed. ☹️

This domino's has always been amazing for me and my family, but today they reached an even new height for me personally. I accidentally put store pick up inside of window pick up and had to walk inside across half the parking lot while 9 and 1/2 months pregnant. The woman at the counter was the first person at any food service establishment to offer to help me out to my car with my order and even when I denied help, she insisted on at least helping me with the door to make it easier on me. Honestly the best service I've ever experienced.

Typically Domino's... lots of seating inside for those who want to stay and eat. There was a family of about 12 dining in when I picked up my pizza. There may be a need for an extra set of hands for a Saturday because the girl seemed flustered when helped me at the register and the window guy almost gave my order away. I watched him take it back and put it on the shelf because the girl couldn't find it initially when I arrived and I knew it was completed because the app said so.

The pepperoni pizza was old like its been there all day when we got it... When I called to speak to the manager... The guy made it seem like he was going to give my name and number to the manager and never did... I called later and they said since its been 4hrs that they couldn't do anything... Which I could care less abt getting another pizza which what I told them... I just wanted them to know how disgusting the pizza was I do not recommend that you eat here..... Go to another pizza place which exactly what I will do............

All the coupons and rewards they offer combined with the quality of there food makes it the best place to get pizza in town

It was very late in fact I thought they would be close but they were open. They sure fresh hot delicious pizza. My son and I ate like king set night.
