This place is filthy food all over the floor and tables. There is no pride in these people’s work place. The waitress I had took my drink order after me waiting 10 minutes took her another 10 minutes to bring me my drink order after I noticed her chit chatting with co workers nothing work related. She did not care. The food is horrible as well it’s slapped together the hash browns where not even cooked the eggs where the same. I do not recommend this place at all this has hurt ihops reputation for sure.

Delicious. Our server, Alondra, made the stop even better! She was thorough and so sweet! Kept our drinks filled and checked on us on a busy day. That girl was hustling!
The service was top notch. Shawanna was on top of it. Kept drinks filled and us informed of the progress of the order. There was a large party of ahead of us and she kept us on top of how our food was doing. Well done! Her attitude was great as well! The food was well prepared, tasty and HOT. It is easy to let it sit somewhere and we get luke-warm stuff. Not this time. All was prepared exactly as we ordered it. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. No broken, worn out or whatever fixtures and furniture were in good condition. No we weren't drunk after a concert at WinStar. The restaurant was a good late night stop before heading home.

If you decide to eat here after hours, try not to. The server Shauna had us waiting and when she became available, she decided to greet and seat another group that came after us. When she finally sat us, she proceeded to take everyone else’s order who came after us and left us there for the cook to assist us. Worse experience to have for those visiting and trying to have a decent dinner before heading home.

I Hope was excelent to us the serves was very friendly the food was hot, abd tje place was clean. The only 2 thing are the pancakes are smaller ans less amount and the eggs were too soft under cooked.

Right off the bat the manager had issue sitting us for breakfast. Then the waiter comes to take our drink order to then tell us that he couldn't put our food order in for about 10 minutes or so. This was after the manager pointed out us for some odd reason and kept on staring at us. Finally about 20 minutes after getting our drink order the waiter takes our food order and said that he would make sure it happened. After waiting for 30-45 minutes after placing our food order another employee comes to our table to tell us that it would be at least another 40 minute wait on our food. The place wasn't even packed. There was plenty of empty tables but the manager just kept staring at us and telling the waiter to come tell us. Not once did the manager ever come to tell us if there was any issues. We had two elderly ladies in our party and the treatment that we received was something that I don't wish on anybody. We will never go back to this place. If I could give a negative rating I would. The worst service I've ever experienced.

She brought them their food and forgot about them too and just went to the back.. She had 3 tables to take care of at the time we were there, with only a couple people at each table. I understand being understaffed, but this was unacceptable. Simply an action of apologizing would have made the evening better. Her justified response gained her a tip of $0 from both me and my friend, which is something we have never done before at a restaurant.

Shana is very unprofessional. We came to eat around 2:00AM and were asked to wait. We waited for about 15 minutes & never got seated. Another party walked in & she told them she would be with them in a moment as well. When she came to the front I was standing right in front & she decided to look over me & sit the other people instead. We spoke up & told her we were here first so she then sat us. After that she didn’t not want to take our order and went to take the other tables order & she was speaking s*** about us to them. She then sent someone else to help us out and the whole time she pretended like we were not there. She didn’t even want to take our payment. We did nothing to her for her to act like she did.

Firstly, I am not a fan of Gainesville IHOP because they are very, very slow. Today we went in and were told there would be over a 10 minute wait although there were several tables and booths empty. On both sides of the restaurant were empty tables! I do understand when busy you will have to wait and we do without hesitation, but to come to Gainesville IHOP and there is probably 15 people in the entire place and yet you are told to wait?! So, if you have a lot of time to spare then go ahead but if you want to eat in a decent time span then do NOT go to this location. Almost EVERY TIME we are there we wait atleast 2 hours.
