Me and my wife just had a great experience at Ihop.A young lady By the name of Savannah waited on us. She was extremely nice and brought the food out in a timely manner. If I was able, I would give this young lady 10 stars thank you Savannah for your great worth ethic

Asked for lightly scrambled eggs they were so overcooked and stiff, wasn’t even real eggs. Ordered a large orange juice and didn’t get that. The French toast don’t even seem like they dipped it in any egg mixture, it’s nearly just toast. At this point, I tipped the host just to acknowledge me after the long wait.

Went to IHOP on Christmas Eve with only a few cars in the parking lot. We were seated quickly but waited over an hour and ten minutes before being told our food hadn’t even been started and asked if we wanted to leave. During the wait, another server was loudly stressing about DoorDash orders, which seemed to be prioritized over dine-in guests. After leaving with no food, we were still charged for drinks (1 sweet tea, 3 waters, 1 coffee, which seemed crazy for 21 dollars), which felt inappropriate given the situation. We tipped 10.00 anyway because it was Christmas, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing and poorly managed. I want to stress that this probably isn’t our servers fault. She tried. But rather a management failure. Turn off DoorDash if you can’t handle your dining room.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The gluten-free pancakes tasted like rotten eggs, and my egg-white omelet was a mess—cheese melted on the outside instead of inside. The first time they even brought the wrong omelet, loaded with spinach, mushrooms, avocado—basically everything except what I ordered. This place shouldn’t be visited, let alone trusted for food. After eating here, I feel sick and honestly think I might throw up. Do not come here. Never eating at ihops again

Server was great! Eggs for the Benedict were over cooked and was bummed that the chocolate chips were not mixed into the chocolate chip pancakes but the food tasted great.
Food was really good but a few days ago we were here and the ticket i paid for i didn't sign or write the tip on it and Christina the server that was serving us forged it and the management needs to review the footage otherwise she may have did it off cameras blind spot. But I found out my bank was from $36 and some change up to over $42 and that is criminal especially when I didn't sign anything she cant do it because its fraud. I already tried contacting my bank but they told me they cant refund partial back but they can do whole transaction (i dont want to do that because i rather pay the meal we ate) but not the total i didn't agree to pay or to contact ihop directly. But I need my $6 back, I will be eating at waffle house, it's much cheaper anyway. Ihop definitely raised their prices a lot, used to be less than $10 for breakfast plates and now its over $15-20 while paying employees 2.14 an hour due to texas minimum tip laws, thats why I am voting out Abbott.
