I never had a disappointing experience at Ihop until I ordered from the one in Gainesville. I ordered the breakfast sampler via UberEats. Had I been in the store, I would have sent it back. My over medium eggs were cooked EXTRA hard. My bacon was charcoal black and even the coffee was burnt! Coffee with a burnt flavor means they don't frequently wash their coffee pots or brew fresh coffee. This is usually a good indicator of how they take care of everything else. Don't even bother with thos place.

There were more people in the waiting area than there were seated. This place is majorly understaffed. Then I realized the bigger issue was they had major amounts of water coming down from the ceiling onto the entry area and the food holding area. Water from the ceiling was dripping into the food that was going to be served as well as all over the weight staff as they grabbed the food to take it to the customers. Hopefully nobody got sick. I cannot believe this place was still open.

Tonight on July 29 my son and boyfriend ordered their food and never got it cause the cooks wouldnt stop standing around and chatting so we finally left plus one of them was cussing up a storm and being obnoxious and loud Jennifer and the cook don't remember her name were very professional we only go in after 10pm when Jennifer is working cause she is the best waitress they have

Just tried to eat here and we had to leave because they wouldn’t seat all the waitress were just standing around talking, there was no hostesses in the front and it wasn’t busy at all.. never coming back here!

Place is dirty. The coffee thermos looked like it wasn’t working in a week. Took forever to get our drinks. The food was cold. Had to find the waitress to pay. Saw the cook throw a waded up ticket on a plate of food. I highly recommend you go somewhere else!
