Ordered food last night. No receipt was given, wait was over 20 mins for such a small meal. I asked for an item I paid for was told they were all out why wouldn't you inform someone if they are paying a huge up charge for it that they don't have it and not even giving them a chance to change their order if they aren't able to get what they really want which was the item. So no receipt to call the morning manager so I got screwed twice . I will never be back to this establishment and definitely will not be speaking nothing but the truth what crooks .

Every time I go through the drive thru my order is always messed. On time I said unsweetened tea got sweet tea I am a freaking diabetic let's just kill me. I asked for not butter and sauce on my grill chicken club sandwich and no bacon because I don't have a gall bladder, went by the next night the evening shift leader or manager was rude and disrespectful on how I need my sandwich made because of my dietary needs. Now I get home with a spicy chicken sandwich no sauce and no mayonnaise because of my stomach issues. I will be in tomorrow afternoon before work and speak to the manager about her night time staff not doing their job correctly. This is ridiculous you guys need to pay attention to what you're doing with people's orders.

I don’t like giving negative reviews.
But this was impossible to let it slide, I bought some tacos for my family, and simply wanted to have a nice calm meal, wait was long, didn’t matter much, I’m quite understanding, BUT THE FOOD?!! While on our way home I grabbed one of the tacos and to my surprise it was A taco with NO MEAT, Only cheese and lettuce. Again it’s something I can ignore. Then once home while eating there was a hair at the very bottom of a taco at the very end, based on the placement, the hair was clearly not mine. (Mind you I always have the tacos covered with the wrapper while eating) Very nauseating! The wait and time money wasted for such disappointed food is outrageous.

Food is usually good. Service is 8/10 times. There is a worker at night who literally does not speak to you at all when handing you your food. She looks at you as if she were thinking very strange thoughts.

Food is usually good. Service is horrible 9/10 times. There is a worker at night who literally does not speak to you at all when handing you your food. Just now tried to get one of the specials, they raised the price so I said to cancel that & do just an order of onion rings. They didn't do the onion rings. They shut off the speaker & just didn't let me order the different item. I'm done going there.

i specifically asked for NO tomatoes and NO cheese on my spicy chicken sandwich the girl even asked me about the cheese and i said no but i open up my sandwich and what do i see? BOTH tomatoes and cheese. i am upset.

I’ve lived in this town my entire 21 years of life and this jack in the box has been here just as long. That being said, I am no stranger to going and getting a meal here! In the last couple years there was a policy put in place that extra sauce was a 25 cent charge. No problem. I always order one singular ranch. I have not ever been charged for a singular ranch with my order. Well today going through the drive though that’s what I ordered was ONE ranch. I saw they charged an extra 25 cents to my order before I pulled away. When I finally got to the window, before I went to pay I asked the heavier set white woman with tattoos if she could remove the charge for the ONE ranch. I explained how I had never been charged for a SINGULAR ranch before and I did not care if I got the sauce with my order or not. I did not want to pay an extra charge for ONE ranch. I was already putting it on my credit card anyways. Times are tough. The employee then began to rudely explain to me that the policy has been the same the whole 8 months she’d been working there and whoever wasn’t charging me wasn’t doing their job. She then also asked if this was my first time at Jack in the box. I don’t understand why the employee made such a big deal about me asking to take a sauce off of my order. There is a sign in the window stating extra sauce will be a 25 cent charge, nowhere does it say ONE ranch with your order is also a charge. The entire interaction was embarrassing to say the least…I guess until I get rich or this supposed policy is lifted I will have to avoid eating here.

Have to wait in the drive thru line to get my carry out order after 10:30. Which is funny because they let in another group of people into the lobby for there’s but I wasn’t allowed in for mine so I had to wait for mine in the drive thru line. Seems a little discriminating doesn’t it.
