Horrible service! Buyer beware employees are sick while working and making food.

The worst little ceasars I've ever experienced. Terribly understaffed, food is inconsistent. This is the ONLY store I've seen without chairs to wait for your food. Very unwelcoming atmosphere. Employees say the store manager is the one who doesn't want chairs in the store. I've seen this place packed with people standing around with nowhere to sit. You either stand in the store or wait in the car. This store fails in comparison to other locations. I'll drive further away to Sherman for little ceasars. How does a pizza place discontinue parmesan cheese and red pepper?? They never have any and continue to say they quit storing packets for takeout.

Very disappointed in their service and employees around 8:45pm on 08/27/23. We walked to purchase a single hot and ready was ignored for 5 straight minutes, after waiting I asked if they had any pizzas ready the ignorant lady said “no it’ll be 20 minutes” I replied with “no thank you” and the employee replied with “don’t come back”. After going next door to order some wings, we proceeded to call to ask if they had any hot and ready pizzas now and the young man ignored our 3 calls while standing 2 feet away from the phone. We went inside and once again waited until I projectively asked if they had any pizzas ready, they had one and the young man with very little eagerness to assist us finally gave us a pizza. We will not be returning again after the service we received.

1 star only because 0 is not an option. I placed a delivery order of Buffalo wings and crazy bread. Once delivered, the wings had not a lick of Buffalo sauce. I contacted the store to which an employee told me my son could bring up the wings for them to add Buffalo sauce. I declined because I am at work and my son cannot drive himself as he is 13. I told them thus was not an option because I wouldn't be able to bring them back until after 6pm. At this time I requested a refund and was immediately hung up on. This interaction was witnessed by a coworker that shares my office.

I could handle trash pizza and bad customer service when it was $5 but not when it's $8+ for dry cold pizza that is labeled "hot and ready". I called beforehand to see exactly how much the pizza would be after taxes. Lady on the phone told me $7.57 so I brought exactly $7.57. I decided to get some "hot and ready" crazy bread (also cold) and elected to do part cash part card since I already had the cash. The lady in store (African American with short blue hair) did not know how to split the payment so we had to take time splitting everything up. She also charged me $8.55 for the cold pizza even though I told her I was told a different price over the phone. After my 20 minute wait for a interaction that used to take 5 mins (mind you they had 1 person in line and both products I wanted on hand) I finally decided that I would just pay for the pizza on card and cash for the Bread. When I got home 5 minutes later I noticed the pizza was dry and cold. I called to make it right and found out they don't have a direct store phone so the call center had to forward me to the store manager. 15 seconds into speaking with the store manager he hung up on me. 0/5 will be going to dominoes in the future.

I have never been more disappointed in a restaurant before I placed an order at 6:20. I got to the restaurant at 6:40. It was not ready until 720. I waited over an hour for a pizza. I am a little confused because I thought that little Caesars slogan was hot and ready, and that when you walk in, you could immediately grab a common pizza and go. The other strange thing was when I called to order the pizza a call Center from another country, took the order.

DO NOT PATRON THIS Little Caesars! I was not greeted when I entered. But there was only one young woman up front & she was engaged with helping an elderly woman.when they finished, I asked what was available hot-n-ready. I purchased 2 hot-n-ready pepperoni pizzas based on the listed availability. The price was much higher than I expected. When I asked about this she said they don't keep the classic pizzas ready. I examined the pizzas to determine if they were worth the additional $4. I couldn't tell a difference between what received and what I normally get with a classis back home. Additionally, the pizzas were overcooked and stale, having spent too long in the warmer. I had already paid and was in a hurry to feed my kids during a long road trip home. So I kept the pizza, but the ypung woman was disinterested and rude in her responses.DO NOT PATRON THIS Little Caesars!

The food is good. The only thing is they never have any hot and ready pizzas. Always have to wait for them to cook some.

We have ordered deep dish pizza from this location twice. Both times the deep dish pizzas were completely raw in the center. It’s disgusting, not to mention a hazard, and if I’m paying money for a pizza I expect it to be fully cooked at the very least. The service is poor and the atmosphere of the store is immediately off putting when you step inside. Little Caesars is cheap and this location continues to prove exactly why.
