My husband & I returned to the Pub tonight to relive our first date. The atmosphere was just as fun as we remembered it. The food was fantastic, definitely suggest the peel & eat shrimp. The staff worked so well together with about 4 different people waiting on us throughout the night. Our favorite was definitely Miguel. He is such a great asset to the Pub. We look forward to seeing him again.

I eat at the pub once a week or so for lunch. They have a great lunch special. Salad, crackers, drink, main dish and 2 sides for around $7.00. Service is always great. Servers are nice and so is the manager. I am mainly there during the day but I stopped in there one evening with some co-workers and had a few beers. The evening staff was great also. Beer on tap was real cold. I don't think I had an empty glass the whole time I was there. The waitress had a new beer on the table before I emptied the one I was on. Oh and the atmosphere is nice too. They keep it very clean and there are tons of pictures on the walls from Gainesville back in the dark ages and there are a few shoulder mounts of big long horns.**Follow up review** Just went to Main Street Pub with my family, 13 years after writing my review above. We had Ribeye, it was excellent! Server was sweet and we had a real nice afternoon there. I did notice the lunch special went up in price since my previous review, it’s about $11 now not too bad.Parking: New parking lot across the street, lots of spaces available.

Came by on Monday night for dinner and was NOT disappointed. Courtney was amazing and was running the dining room, seating, and bar by herself with ease and great customer service. We live in Denton and will definitely be making the drive over to eat again. Food was amazing and lots of great choices as well. 10/10 !!!
The jalapeño pork chops were good and had no real jalapeño taste and was good and juicy. Had the new potatoes which had some fresh dill on them. The green beans weren't bad after some salt and pepper. Wife said French dip was good. Will for sure be back.

Ordered small filet, was not a filet, not cooked well and 30.00, service bad, 3 little girls working there and standing by bar talking loud and could care less about my table. Will never go back and will tell everyone. I am passing thru but know many people who travel here, not a good dinner at all. Salad was good though. Just not professional people or place. I got a grizly sirloin passed as filet.
