I get off work really late and this is the only place open when I come home at the end of the night and I love to stop for a little treat.I have never once been disappointed, food is always hot, fresh, and adequate enough. The service has always been super friendly and top tier every time I've been. Tonight there were two young men working the window area / taking orders, they were extremely nice and patient and helped me figure out what I needed, thank you guys for all your hard work and the service you provide!!

This McDonald's needs to step it up. I worked at McDonald's in the mid 90s. We had the 55second Drive-Thru Campaign. It is embarrassing that they have to park us for a wait on Coffee. I mean, it's breakfast. Be ready and stay ready with Coffee. 10 min wait is simply unacceptable at a Drive-Thru.

French fries just tasted like they’ve been reheated in the grease and I couldn’t taste any salt on them. I guess I could have assaulted them give it a try and see what you think.

I’m disappointed with the experience at the new McDonald’s at 1402 North Grand Ave, Gainesville, TX.
The food was not fresh—my McMuffin was hard. I also placed a specialty order and was upcharged without being told. When I questioned why the total was so high, the attendant stated, “I just take the money, I don’t do the order,” and could not explain the charge. I then asked to speak with the person who actually took the order.
What made this worse is learning that they automatically ring meals as medium or large unless you specifically request a small—which you are not asked about upfront. Customers should be asked what size they want, not charged more by default without explanation.
For a location that’s been open less than a month, this lack of food freshness, pricing transparency, and communication is concerning. I hope management addresses this quickly.

This has to be the worst service I have ever experienced. The setup is terrible. If you need anything you have to yell because no one acknowledges you if you stand at the counter. Employees in the back yelling and very disorganized. Took almost 10 minutes just to get a spoon.
