I just went through the drive thru and got some rangoons, it came out to be $4.55 and so I gave the lady at the window $10.55, she brought me back $5.45 and I told her that I gave her the exact change and she took the change back and brought me my food but didn’t bring me the $1 that I was supposed to be getting back. I’m already in a bad mood and so I just left and didn’t say anything but I mean come on the cashier computer tells you the total change you’re supposed to give back. I’m just confused on if she was high or just not thinking right or what but yall need to put someone else on money drawers if people don’t know how to give back the right change.

Lukewarm food. Blackshirts I assume are managers. Didn’t care about the feedback. Poor poor customer service. Panda is typically consistent across the country. This one needs a lot of training. 4pm on 9/14.

Yesterday 8/4/2025..I went in and seen they was very short staffed..I only seen the manager and cook he said it would be a while until he can get my order.. he was working drive thru and inside customers alone...i was kool about it...i had ate from there a few days b4 and the orange chicken was on point...so i was patient..but just wanted to say....
Shout out to manager and the cook...they bust they ass trying to keep things forward and pushing despite being short staffed...
And forcing a smile thru it all....thats how the universe blesses you homie keep pushing both of yall...hope u got that double shot after work...thanks.

But Bryan was nice and accommodating after the Lil short guy with glasses was rude with the no samples

They are always out of everything I try to order. If by some miracle they do have it, it's usually dried up cold meat when I do get it. I am finished going here and do not recommend anyone stop here. If you want Asian food go to the New Asian Buffet on Grand Ave.

Absolutely ridiculous literally sat in line for 15 minutes and a Moran with a mustache continued to walk around and check food and stir food and mess after the guy in front on me in line was finished he came back and told me to hang on and started to get other people food I literally sat in line for 20 minutes to the point that I just left I understand if you’re under staffed but there’s no reason he needs to go back to the cook and make him move out of the way and start cooking for 15 seconds just wasting time and people have things to do that why they go to a fast food restaurant I walked over to whataburger and was in and out completely done eating in the time I sat in line total waste of time when I walked In there was 3 people in line by the time I left there was 10 people in line if you don’t know how to run a restaurant then you shouldn’t be money hungry and open up just stay closed or hire someone who knows what they are doing

Waited in the drive through line for about 15 minutes total. Every time we come to this location they are SLOW. This time we sat for about 8 minutes at the window before being acknowledged. During that time we could see there was no one inside waiting to be helped, there was an employee walking around with his drink, 2 employees on their phones, and one standing at the cash register.
