They have great food and good quantities. It wasn't that busy, but waiter was slow to respond and keep our drinks filled. All-in-all, it was s great experience.

Friendly and truly kind service from hostess and waiter. Food was absolutely delicious. We had ribs and fries he kid’s smoked chicken quesadillas. Large portions and kid meals came with a scoop of ice cream. We will come back any time we are passing through 100%

I haven't had rib cribs in years as it was my fav when I lived in sapulpa ok. I decoded to stop in since I was alone today driving by and have been wanting it for so long. Was very disappointed that I was not able to have cheese added to my fries without ordering a whole appetizer. I understand am uncharge but something I use to always get. I decided to just order smoke sausage plate with fries and beans. The fries were great the best would have been 5 stars with cheese. The beans were ok. The sausage was cold and my bread was very hard. Just hoped what I have craved for so long would have been a better experience. The store was clean my server helped the best she could.

We had the 4 meat platter, and cheese fries shared within 4 people when served she had attitude not given extra plates and no silverware when given they were all dirty and given 0 refills IT was not busy at all we where there at 2:00pm we asked for To go cups of coke and unsweetened tea messed up on both. WOULD RATHER PICK UP FROM THE STORE then eat there

The food is exceptionally good. Especially for a chain BBQ restaurant. The menu is very large. Quite honestly, I was very surprised at how good the food is. The staff was very friendly.

I eat here fairly often. Their lunch specials are pretty good deals, especially considering I usually take enough meat home to make another meal. I find speed of service to be hit-and-miss but the staff is friendly and the food is consistently good.

WORST restaurant experience I’ve ever had. We showed up with 6 people, were told it would be 15 minutes. After 35 minutes the host said table was almost ready. Then after a total of 1 hr & 20 min we got seated. Ordered appetizers & didn’t receive them until after our entrees were served & the waiter said”the kitchen is backed up, what am I supposed to do” entrees came without silverware & server said he would be right back. After 12 minutes of him disappearing, I had to go wait by the bar until someone came out of the back to get forks. Food was cooled down after all 6 of us had to wait for silverware. I’m never one to leave a bad review, from start finish this was the worst possible experience. Host kept lying Disrespectful server Food would have been better if we didn’t have to wait 20 min for silverware to eat it.

We came to have lunch with our extended family and waited for about 45 minutes. We called ahead to let them know we were coming with 12 and they said they would have a table ready. They didn’t. The host kept giving different reasons, even saying they were clearing the table. We went and looked and they had just received their food. We left.

0 is not an option. we ordered $130 worth of bbq to go and waited an hour while 4 other tables got up and left without getting their food so I decided to ask for a refund the manger said no they wouldn't give me a refund. Even after arguing with them I still ended up leaving without my food or money. Go anywhere else and thank me later.

I ordered a barbecue chop sandwich. They put it in a plate didn’t put the sandwich together. I got I had to put it together myself. I had to put it together myself. The barbecue wasn’t that good I don’t recommend it. Cost me $15 for a sandwich and some tea And I had to make it myself.
