Wow the manager even argued with customers on these reviews. How unprofessional does he have to be before being fired? I know people who work here and all he does is yell at them. My partner comes home furious every day. He needs to get his head out of his rear end and realize he is THE problem. Heck after so many bad reviews and knowledge of the issues by locals they should either replace him or just close the location down.
Took 45 min to make a sandwich and salad. Subway is better
When I first arrived the cashier was lovely and helpful with helping me decide on what to get. When I decided on the pick 2 baked potato soup and Mac and cheese. When I got my food I then decided I wanted to get a toasted bread bun only just the bread.so I went up to the counter and I asked the cashier that helped me earlier and they couldn’t find a button so they went to grab the manager Demi, this manager was rude and very unwelcoming when he got to the register,mind you it wasn’t busy nobody was here besides me and one other family that was already eating their food he immediately asked the cashier “WHATS THE PROBLEM?!” In a very rude and passive aggressive tone and when the cashier explained what the issue was (they couldn’t find a button for just the bun) he said ok and for the next 15min I kid you not he was searching on how to charge me for just the bun but before he found a button another employee was walking Into work about to clock in and immediately he stops what he’s doing on the POS and looks at her and says “ I thought you were sick you called out ?!” In a very mean way and the girl responded with “ you never responded to me and said if you found someone to cover my shift so I came in “ he scoffed at her and then ignored her when she asked him since he was there if she could go home which I thought was very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable to witness and after she left he finally found a button for just “bread” and wanted to charge me $5 for a bun and nothing else and when I clarified the price he said “YES DO YOU WANT IT OR NOT?” Obviously I said no because who is paying $5 for just the bun so I went and sat back down with my group, then From the OTHER SIDE of the restaurant we hear Demi yelling at what I can only assume is the coworker /employee who came in sick from the back of the store for another 10min which again very unprofessional Demi is not meant to be in a Manager position if he can’t handle his emotions especially in front of guests I work in the restaurant industry and NEVER had I ever witness something so blatantly disrespectful and demeaning from a manager/ higher-up personnel. After everything settled down in the BOH I asked the cashier if the manager is always like that and they said “ yes unfortunately I apologize for you guys witnessing that “ which they shouldn’t have to do the manager should. They even said that this happens everyday and he takes his frustrations out on his employees and people have complained and nothing has come of it which I now think is a bigger problem because how are you guys are going to keep people coming if your OWN manager YALL hired is unprofessional. I was so disgusted at what I heard from the manager I lost my appetite and threw away the rest of my food I probably won’t ever come back especially not to this location. DO BETTER!! Demi responded to me PERSONALLY IN A BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL WAY MUST I SAY MORE ???

Bad experience, order was rang up wrong, missing our chips and drinks, had to go inside from drive thru to get rest of our order. My sandwich fell out of the bag onto the counter and made a mess, it wasn’t wrapped right. Had to wait forever for them to remake it. Mess still on counter, I mentioned it to the counter girl, I was willing to clean it up. She went got a young girl in charge and she gripped at me telling me to not tell her staff what to do. I wasn’t. I cleaned up the mess best I could considering it was on the debit card terminal and new customers could see. Had to tell them 3x I needed our drinks. Still got them wrong. While waiting on them to fix the sandwich, there was a roach on the floor.
I used the drive-through option. The staff was quick and friendly.
Who the hell would pay that much for a sandwich I can make better at home. Waste of money. I can't comment on service or atmosphere, I did the drive thru for a $12 soup and sandwich, it was bland tasting and not what I expected.
It was okay but they were out of a lot of stuff. I ordered a roast beef sandwich, they were out. We ordered a cinnamon roll, they were “out” even though we were literally looking at them at the counter. They brought us our sandwiches which were falling apart because they were out of toothpicks. The whole time we were eating we were listening to the loud TV next to us playing YouTube videos of boxing and Roblox because one of the employees just lets their son use the restaurant TV for his own entertainment during hours. So that was distracting and weird. It wouldn’t have been so bad jf the sound was at least off. The restaurant was really clean though.
Up to you if I want to wait 30 min for a to-go sandwich. Its literally just a sandwich.
This place has gone significantly downhill in the last year or so. Each time I go it's a little worse. Today, the poor staff seemed to be running around like chickens with their heads cut off. I blame negligent management (from the owner side). Plus, my usual meal is now $18+?! For half a sandwich, soup chips and drink?? The tomato soup tasted like actual poison. DO not go here.
So for the 5th time in 2 months our order was not right. With the simple things napkins forks dressings were left out of order.on our 5th visit today I asked the server can you please make sure our order is correct by not forgetting anything. I also asked due to previous visits salads were very small ,do you have different size salads she replied yes we have a large one and she will make sure that we got that.well we did and it was mostly the unliked white lettuce you know that no one likes.so needless to say we will not return again drawing the line at 5 .

this restaurant does not follow food safety nor do they properly refrigerate their food. three customers i know of have recently gotten food poisoning from their food. the management underpays and runs through about ten employees a month due to solely the fact they scam you for your hours and when you finally quit they change your pay rate to 7.25$ an hour as to not pay you for your full time there. nor do they provide contact information for the area managers.

Been there twice,won't go back food uncooked flavor was off.thought i would try schlotskys again but after reading reviews i can't try this again.sorry can't chance getting sick.they took 45 min for lunch,we were docked at work,it wasn't that good,I'm reporting this to corporate
