Very busy and not enough wait staff. They were all working hard, but it took a long time to get noticed, to get coffee refills (great coffee though). Good wasn't hot when it came out. The pancake was really good!

Whether you’re looking for an everyday breakfast place, a nice spot for a cup of coffee, an awesome lunch or just a delicious fried pie, this place has it all. The food is always fantastic and very affordable, the location is very charming and the staff is always wonderful (Megan specifically is top, top notch). Highly recommend giving this place a try or making it your go to restaurant. My only complaint would be that I cannot eat here more!

I was super excited to try this place. I came from out of town visiting my spouse and we were looking forward to a yummy breakfast, which is hard to find in this small town. Unfortunately, we sat ourselves and had a server immediately come by and get our drink orders which was 2 coffees and a water but sat there for 20 minutes and she never came back with drinks. They most definitely had a rush but when we watched 2 tables after us get there drinks and food order taken, our server never came back by /: The menu looks absolutely delicious, I just wish they would have at least brought drinks in the 20 minutes we waited and we would have gave them a try! We left instead, and I rarely do that considering I work in the industry and I understand 9/10. Hopefully my spouse will allow us to give them another try but he left hangry 😅

$56 for four burritos and the order was all wrong. We were driving through and googled where to buy breakfast burritos and this restaurant had good reviews. What a joke. They added potatoes to every burrito and the cost and taste is ridiculous! If I could, I would leave negative stars!
We were in there early this morning there were only 2 waitresses very few customers, no more than 2 tables with customers.
They talk loud and a lot to each other. What ever happened to pulling your hair back?
Then when we left there were 3 waitresses.
Paid my bill via my phone. Walked out and they are all talking to each other - didn’t feel a need to say goodbye- nor did they say Thank you and goodbye!
Customer service today is so disappointing.

The Cornerstone Cafe is what most people think of when it comes to a small, downtown locals cafe. I felt and was treated like a regular from thr moment I walked in. The menu had a good selection covering classic cafe dining, but had some local takes on oldies as well. The food was good, generous portions and the price was more than reasonable. Parking was a bit unique, but added to the small town charm the cafe radiates. Not likely I will be in the area again anytime soon, but would definitely pull up a chair again and soak up the atmosphere again.
