I can only eat certain things now with my current medical conditions so I asked for a grilled chicken wrap. Menu said $3- when I went to pay it was $7. They told me it was loaded with veggies so I agreed. After they charged me said it would take 10 minutes to make. I am on a very short lunch but just agreed again because I’m so hungry. Finally get it, get to work, open the wrap and it is just one small piece of chicken, two tomatoes, a pinch of wilted lettuce and more ranch sauce than anyone would ever need. It was sloppier than the town drunk three hours into an open bar. I’m sick, hungry and no more time for lunch. Flat out depressing. I picked out my $7 chicken. I’m still hungry.

Clean restaurant, friendly service, food came out fairly quick. The drinks tasted awful. They all had some sort of chemical aftertaste and smelled like acetone. Hopefully Whataburger didnt just poison my family.

We have been sitting at this location just stopping for some quick food for me and my kids and we have been here for an hour. They forgot part of our order. My burger was ICE cold then it took them 30 plus minutes for chicken strips. I get being short staffed but lord it shouldn’t take over an hour to get 2 burgers and some chicken.

Went to drive thru and ordered a chicken sandwich and honey bbq chickenstrip sandwich. And employee named Gracie i believe i couldn't read her name tag that well but she was rude. Saying it was fresh but I took a bite and it was dried as sand and she said remake it anyway i know we made that fresh. But probably mixed up someone else's order and gave me an old one but I am not coming back to this location again. Whitesboro 15 miles down does a better job

I want to commend Patricia, the marketing manager of store 1129. She has put great people in place including OP manager Drew. Patricia comes by and conducts frequent checks and inspections on the store and speaks to all of the associates. Patricia is easily approachable and she is caring. I really appreciate the high standards that is expected.

Whataburger food is always good, never any complaints there. I wanted to write today to call out a specific employee for her rate and wonderful customer service. There was a senior woman in front of me today. Who had a few questions about the menu, and overall just needed a little bit more help. There is an employee there named Laura Landers, who was so kind, gentle, patient with this woman. Laura was a breath of fresh air for an early morning, and it was so nice to see her being so kind to someone. Thank you for being a light, Laura
