Southern comfort country homemade food at its best. I've had the chicken fried steak here a couple of times and it never disappoints. Add on the fried okra, mashed potatoes and cornbread. Doesn't get any better. I really think their chicken fried steak is the best in the area. One of these days I'll make it to the other items on the menu but it's hard to pass up that c.f.steak. Service is very good with a super friendly inviting atmosphere.
A real dinner during a long drive was exactly what we needed after so many snack stops. Everything was home cook style delicious. I recommend the Wild Den to anyone looking for a delicious meal with friendly laid back service.
Nice family run restaurant that seems to be one of the locals favorites. We had chicken fried chicken with a baked potato and okra. Everything was good and the portions were hearty. Over all it was a good value for the money.
