Came on a really busy day. It was expensive compared to other ice cream. Bought 2 pints about $12 each. Nearby grocery store 2 pints for $5.Parking: Busy street, few spots, easy to pull in, but hard to back out. Only one handicapped spot.

Staff friendly. Overpriced ice-cream $9 for 2 small scoops of ice cream. $11 for a milkshake with a plastic cup and a paper straw. I couldn't even finish it because it was all soggy. And of course the restroom out of order.

Earlier this evening was in to get some ice cream and ate sitting at the tables. My wife needed to use the restroom and had to walk to the pizza shop next door because there was a sign saying out of order on it. But while sitting there one of the three employees went in and used the restroom. Also I don’t believe it’s safe for customers for the one employee to use the same pair of gloves to serve customers, play on their phone, and also use spray chemicals to clean the tables unless this is proper protocol to eliminate the use of many plastic gloves and being environmental friendly. I mean seriously the use of paper straws in a Carmel drink just doesn’t make sense. Straw got soggy. Just an overall bad experience with the place.

We looked on Google for ice cream places and this place said open until 10. We get there at 9:30, there was another family in front of us. A girl comes to the door and instantly gets mad because we was there. She slung her apron and said the lobby closed 5 minutes ago (yet it’s still not 10). She tells another worker to go lock the door so no one else could come in. Very hateful people working there.

Nice place for a cool treat right on the beach. Right across the road from the ocean and next to a good pizza place. They make good ice cream shakes also.

Good shakes for $10. What's with the paper straws? It kinda defeats the purpose when the shake comes in a plastic cup with a plastic lid. The paper straws also get soggy and stop working.

We come here every spring break but I don’t think we will anymore. The prices are very high and the portion is TINY. They aren’t scoops of icecream. It’s a spoonful. My “second scoop” was maybe 3 bites of icecream. I just don’t understand how you can charge so much money and not give a decent portion. It’s ridiculous.

The ice cream was good but the people who work here were not friendly at all. It was literally like five people behind the counter and no one said hi they all just stared at us. And it took forever for them to actually take our order. Not a welcoming environment at all.
