I was visiting from Austin, and WOW. I had an amazing experience at this location!! Even though it was late at night, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, with such positive energy. The place felt so cozy and comfortable, which made the whole visit even better. You can really tell they care about their customers. Definitely a spot I’d come back to!!

Always good food but they have a limited menu. The place is so noisy and there were some really rude misbehaving children and the parents allowed the behavior. Of you go out to eat and your children don't know how to act consider getting it to go!!
Moved here recently thought we would give it a try but will not be back. They do not let you order in the app, they do not offer a full menu, no drive through, and they got the order wrong. If an already simple menu has been streamlined there should be no mistakes when there is no line. They also don’t want our loyalty since the app benefits are not available.

Cute Chick-Fil-A on Seawall Blvd in Galveston. Across the street from the Pier, too. Staff was sweet. Smaller than the usual Chick-Fil-A. Doesn't have a drive though. Although I can see how difficult it would be to have one at this location. It's a busy area. Can't imagine during tourist season.
Long story short, me and my husband came down from Fort Worth for our wedding anniversary. Went to The Spot, lost MY wallet, 3 weeks later a girl by the name of Miranda called me and told me that she found my wallet in lost and found and that she will ship it back to me. This girl stuck with her word and actual shipped my wallet back to me. Y'all gotta give this her a good raise by God.

I know its location based, but I was genuinely very sad that they didnt service multiple menu items here. 😢 The husband and I were very excited to try the pretzel sandwich, kale sides and soups (me personally), but were very sad to hear that they did not serve any of those items at that location.
