We came here because it was the only restaurant in Galveston that didn’t have an hour wait on Saturday night (bad sign). We ordered pretty quickly and were waiting. Ran out of water and never got a refill the entire time. Nobody did except the guy buying alcohol. They brought out food for the kids first, but it wasn’t for our table. They left it and never corrected it. They didn’t bring the right stuff. One poor kid got stuck with broccoli and sliced chicken breast. Way later the rest of our food comes out. They put the wrong sides on my girlfriend’s. They said they would correct it but nothing ever came. My burger was incredibly burnt. Despite the multiple mishaps (wrong food for half the table), a manager never came by or comped anything or even said sorry. If you’re starving and need food, this location can provide that, but I would try anywhere else first.

First off, if you don’t like chilis then you can suck my left toe. Secondly, the bartender (Steven) gave me a Coke Zero with a smile. Made my day. I had a bad day. But Chili’s, Coke Zero, and Steven made my day better. If I could give this place 1,000,000 stars I would.

Had a great time at the Galveston location the margaritas were made perfectly and my server Aaliyah was amazing, the food came out on time and drinks were always filled. She took good care of me and all of her guest, she was very sweet and very polite couldn’t have asked for a better time or service!!

On Jan 2 ordered food for delivery and my burger bites was wrong did not get my backed potato soup as a side and I also orders a extra side white cheddar mac and cheese did not get it… Sooo I called the Galveston store and talked to the manager sure thing my food was still there so I was refunded but was also told next time I come in lunch is on them… well today I decided to go in for a bowl of soup.. and asked for the manager.. Paige can over and said my name was not in the back and nothing she cold do… So I was sitting there deciding to pull up my app I called crazy her back over and explained what happened and told her I was more than capable of paying for my food but was told something different she then said .. you came in here looking for something what did you say you are the one that gave bad customer service to me then boom she said leave.. with no please so here I am with bad customer service happened again .. stay away ..Page had a very bad attitude not everyone is looking for something FREE .. they need a new manager for sure..
