Our experience with our Coastal Catering was nothing short of amazing! From the moment they arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and made the whole atmosphere so fun and enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, and it really showed in the service.
As for the food — wow! It was absolutely delicious, and we received nothing but compliments from all our guests. Each dish was perfectly prepared and there wasn't a single bite left over.

Coastal Catering provided not just a delicious meal for my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding, but enhanced the entire atmosphere with their professional staff! They were having a great time behind the scenes which shows they love what they do! They were friendly, they mingled, they complimented the other vendors, they even hit the dance floor! I have never witnessed a group like this at a wedding. All of our guests complimented them throughout the night! I am so glad they shared the night with us. I felt like they were family/guests at the wedding. Amazed! 5 star food and service.

Coastal Catering catered my husband and my Galveston wedding this past weekend, and the dinner was many people's favorite part of the evening!!! Chef Marshall is an easy going and personable chef. For our passed horderves we had deviled eggs, Texas kisses and the filled parmesan spoons - I was able to sample every one and loved them all. For our dinner, we had two double sided buffet lines which helped every one get their food in record time - great idea on behalf of the Chef! For dinner we served: the classic caesar salad, citrus baked salmon, flame grilled chicken breast with mango salsa, garlic smashed potatoes, Luby's mac and cheese and haricot verts almandine. We loved it all and would recommend Coastal Catering to anyone who cares for good food and good service! Thank you again Chef Marshall for making our big day so special!!!

Chef Marshall and team always knock it out of the park. Make sure to try the artichoke dip and edible spoons! Chef has catered many events I’ve attended and is always the highlight.

Chef Marshall catered my wedding in June 2020, and we had the BEST experience. We were anticipating an event of about 200 people, but due to the pandemic our plans changed. Chef Marshall made sure that all of our food dreams still came true and was more than accommodating with us on our event changes. We had a custom brunch style buffet and my goodness it was PERFECT! Wow, Chef Marshall and his crew showed up and knocked it out of the park. Coastal Catering put on a fabulous Crawfish Boil for our Wedding Reception in Crystal Beach. Not only was the food 5 stars, but the service and staff were tremendous. Highly Recommend!!!P.S. all the food was delish. Just know the crawfish got 2 thumbs up from some Cajuns in the crowd!
We used Chef Marshall at Coastal Catering for our wedding back in September. I don't know that I have every seen such an exceptional amount of service provided. We picked the main course and met with Chef Marshall ahead of time where he helped develop the menu around our tastes. This was by no means your typical catered food, it was absolutely delicious. My guests are still talking about the quality of that meal even though many are extremely picky eaters. The best part though is we never felt like customers of Coastal Catering, we felt like family. Chef Marshall was a big hit as he interacted with guests, he has such a wonderful personality. He even took the time to say some nice words to my bride right before she walked down the aisle. If you are needing catering in the Galveston area you either had Chef Marshall or you didn't have the best.

I wish I had pictures of the food but everyone ate everything. haha Marshall catered my wedding and the food was absolutely delicious. The chicken was tender, and everything tasted fresh. My grandfather told me he even asked for the recipe! My only regret is that I didn't get a chance to try the appetizers. But I heard from everyone that the bruschetta and when pigs fly were delicious! Marshall and his staff were friendly and I appreciated that he came up and said hi and checked in with our guests.

We were married last week-end (4/17/21) and were lucky enough to have Chef Marshall of Coastal Catering cater our lunch wedding reception. Due to circumstances beyond our control, our wedding was delayed 2 hours and ran into the reception time. I was terrified I would get to the reception and be greeted by chaos. Instead, Chef had everything under control and was waiting with a smile. He made sure my husband and I were able to enjoy his DELICIOUS FOOD, while still accommodating our guests.After all was done, my guests RAVED about the food. I will be sure and use Coastal Catering for all occasions in the future!!
