The Daiquiri Time Out is SO cute with pink booths, adorable wallpaper, green bar stools...tons of cocktail options at a GREAT price. My mom and I tried 2 cocktails each-the classic Daiquiri, the Hemingway Daiquiri, the Queen's Park Swizzle (my fave!). Looks like they have a great happy hour as well. Will definitely stop by again when I visit Galveston!

As of tonight goes down as one of my new favorite whiskey bars in the country, I can even speak to the Daiquiri portion til I come back. Extremely diverse and high end whiskey, rum, and other liquor selection, and bartenders that can make you fire drinks or just talk about what bottle is right for you to pull off the bar. Love this spot!

This is one of the best spots for outdoor cocktail enjoyment. The inside is super cozy too but better when it's not very busy if you dislike crowds. If you want a truly artistic and brilliantly created cocktail list, search no further! DTO are masters of their craft.

I wasn't drinking alcohol one night and ask the bartender if I could get a club soda with a flavoring like orange bitters. He said, no, they didn't have that, but he could sell me a Topo Chico. Really? I would have paid for the club soda and tipped you. So, I paid for the Topo and stiffed the D-bag. Some shaved head guy with an Eastern European accent.

I've been wanting to try this place since I moved to the island and glad I did. Christmas decor, casual time with friends... but wow, it takes FOREVER to get a drink!! Not because of how busy they were or any lack on the staff which were quite impressive, its just the drinks take forever. The customers aren't helping the process in a single file line to the door. Poor bartenders were working so hard to take multiple orders at a time and move people in so more people could be taken care of.... but well, customers were not quite so receptive that night. The christmas cocktail menu drinks were listed at $16 each. There are a couple of beers on tap inside but nothing outside. Overall, it's not my thing. The cocktails I tried were ok but not worth the price tag. Glad we went but definitely will not be frequenting

'Tis the season! My 1st Miracle pop-up visit of the season is officially in the books thanks to DTO Galveston being open on Thanksgiving night. (Whoo-hoo!) I loved my visit, but not only because I'm a miracle pop-up junkie, and have to visit any and all that are within driving distance of wherever I am, always-- but also because I could tell this was a top tier bar with great craft cocktails. For the pop-up, the hubs loves the Snowball old fashioned and I'm a fan of them all (lol, but settled on the Christmapolitan tonight)! The staff was friendly and attentive to patrons, even with the bar being quite busy and churned the drinks out quickly, and they were spot on. The bar is quite clean, and the decor is well thought out. All in all-- DTO is a great stop when visiting Galveston, especially during the holiday season and even moreso w/ the Miracle Pop-Up in tow.
