Terrible service and food. Ordered eggs over medium anf the white was completely undercooked. Inedible and the service was so slow. Way understaffed to the point that they didnt have time to give any service at all!

The atmosphere is always good at Denny's. You won't be disappointed. HOWEVER,... on this visit my food was served cold and my service REALLY SUCKED! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you go during the day (especially during breakfast time). But this visit was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Had Breakfast it was great . Everything cooked perfect tasted great.My waitress Stefanie was a very awesome kind young woman. Had just came from utmb after stressful tests so treated myself to Breakfast a first for me eating alone but she made it a great relaxing experience due to her genuine kindness. She knew nothing about what I just went through BTW she was just being a kind person period. Rare these days! Would have gave 5 stars but was quite warm in there and out of soda but i was fine with that and I will still go back.

Um sorry but everything suck the food, service, the food had hair, the stake was not cook well ,the food took for ever get it the server would never come to the table to ask if we need anything they would disappear for ever so no nerve going bad good luck for eats

People were very nice my only issue was the taste of the food...Got the country fried steak with egg breakfast meal and man the country fried steak just more or less tasted like either a old microwavable chicken patty or something.. The pics in the menu looked really really good and haven't had Dennys in forever but man the quality of the food was just disappointing

It was absolutely horrible. I was told it was in the shift but there's no reason to butcher a BLT w egg ? on it. It wasn't even edible. F- ? ?? ??Parking: Park and then look at the beautiful ocean view across the street. Breath taking. , ❤️ ?

Worse experience ever! Got there and they told us 20 mins waiting. We waited about 35 mins and then the maneger assigned us a tablet. No menus, no silverware. After 5 minutes we are offered something to drink and server provided menus. We ordered and waited and waited. Server brought goldfish to the table for my 2 little ones that were starving. After almost 1 hour and 30 mins since we arrived to Dennis, I went to the counter to pay for the drinks and go with no breakfast. Manager did not apologized, only asked us who assigned us to the tablet which we replied that it was him. Even other customer at the counter thought it was ridiculous that they make us pay for the drinks after so long waiting for the food. Never again, Dennis. Zero starts!!

Service was so slow I was sweating it is so humid in there I was dying. The workers were rude ,but the food was good. There was barely anyone in the restaurant but it was still extremely slow there was more workers then costumers. But the Manger was very nice and helpful. But are waiter was rude and ignored use when we tried the thanks her.

lousy place! the place was without air conditioning they had fans but the temp was 89 it took them over 10 minutes to serve us. The waiter John said it was his first time that we had patience with him but he did very well except for the young woman who was the cashier, I was paying and she stopped serving me because she started talking to her high school friend and showing her things on her phone then she began to drink apple juice and until she finally remembered that I was paying return

Ordered a breakfast with toast included. When I mentioned to the waitress I wanted one French toast she said she could substitute it, I also asked for an English muffin. Never got the English muffin so I asked for it to be removed from the bill and noticed the upcharge for French toast. The girl behind the register told me she was not going to “argue” with me when I was only asking and then said I either pay the bill or she would call the cops! Seriously! Do not go here!

AC was out. Had fans but was not very comfortable. Also fountain drinks were not working due to carbonation being out. Food was good and fast so ate and hurried out due to heat.

We came in at 3AM. The friendliest staff ever. The food was outstanding. We travel often and dennys was better than IHOP, Waffle House, ETC… 9/10 would recommend.

We went into this Denny's, which wasn't overly crowded at the time. The first thing I noticed was a young lady up front trying to figure out where to seat some people, while behind her was an employee (she appeared to maybe be the assistant manager) just standing there talking. As I watched, the (asst mgr?) employee went to the kitchen and came out eating something, right up front. We were seated and it took about 5-7 minutes before we were ever greeted and our drink order was taken. When we gave our food order, it took 35 minutes for the food to come - and of course it was cold. During that time our waiter seemed to be the one who had to take everyone's order around the place and I even saw him clean off a table. Everywhere I looked employees were milling around doing nothing. The one that was eating up front seemed to show up when someone else was trying to work and just stand there talking to them. (When we paid, she started telling my husband and me all about her schedule and her kids?!) I saw the person who appeared to be the manager taking orders himself while these employees just walked around. In addition to the food being cold, the eggs tasted funny and we were afraid to eat them, my bacon was barely cooked, my english muffin tasted moldy, the pancakes tasted strange, and the jelly brought to our table was literally rancid. I couldn't understand why the manager couldn't seem to organize and control the employees. As I said, our server was doing a lot of other things and that's obviously why he couldn't wait on us. But the others were just hanging around.I wish I had gone to the restroom when we first came in because we wouldn't have wasted our time and money on a meal we couldn't eat. In the ladies' room one of the stalls was literally DUCT TAPED shut, there was trash everywhere, and it was just nasty. Also as we left I noticed the glass doors and windows at the front of the restaurant were streaked and dirty.We go on vacation in Galveston several times a year and know lots of others who do. I can guarantee you neither we nor our friends will EVER come into that restaurant again.

Server came to our table, and took our drink order. Two other tables come in. We noticed that our server was stuck cashing people out, which is not a big deal, then two minutes later she is walking out the door with her bags yelling across the restaurant. They’ll be over in a minute. My manager is sending me to the store…. In the end IHOP turned out great.
