I’ve ordered from dominoes for years and I’ve never had a pizza delivered with a missing a piece. This has got to be a prank… I’m so disgusted and appalled.. Pizza was cold and when I called the delivery guy back he didn’t answer. Nor is anyone answering at the store. They really need better quality people or at least one person that has integrity.

Ordered from here from work and an hour later they said the driver was close then the order was spontaneously cancelled with no explanation. I waited on hold for 20 minutes before I gave up and hung up.

I love Domino's, everywhere and anytime, whether it is in my home in the East Bay Area or on my travels... my go-to pizza unless I'm in NY. Domino's has great pizza and great sides on the cheap, you can't beat that. What needs much, much work is the management at this location... the supervisor Michael is something else. I've never seen someone give their employees such an attitude when they are trying to do their jobs. I'm of the opinion that if you're in food service supervising, then you need to know how to do the job.
I don't know if this is an outside hire or if he has never worked a customer service or food service job before, but nothing really excuses the amount of verbal hostility towards the other employees. It is clear that the employees know what they are doing. I am not sure what he hopes to accomplish by yelling at them to help him when they are clearly in the best positions they can be in when the store is busy. They are coordinating with each other to get orders done, to handle the line and phones and everything that needs doing. Yet the supervisor, who is scrambling with his own task, yells at them and breaks up a perfectly functioning system... out of the employees I saw, he is the one most unfit for his job and either needs much, much more training to be able to keep up, or should not have gotten that supervision job.
Like I said, the other employees are great, unfortunately I did not catch their names as my ears were too full of the supervisor shouting at everyone, the young man in glasses was very helpful to me however.
Food was fantastic as usual, luckily our order turned out perfectly fine. However, the atmosphere and the service were ruined by Michael singlehandedly.
I paid for delivery I had to go get it myself from the store

These folks are fast. I feel like I just hit "pay" on the website and there was a knock on my door. Almost felt like it was instant! Haha I play, but it WAS very fast!

They made my order wrong twice for delivery. All I ask was to pie cut the pizza. When I called the manager she had no concerns and rushed me off the phone. Very poor service!

We had a I correct order due to the app. Lia was amazing she fixed our order and had a new correct order shipped to us to our satisfaction. Thank you so much. I will most definitely be using this dominos again thanks to her she’s wonderful and so friendly to deal with.

Placed order online. Done time was 20 minutes, so I waited 25 minutes. Once at the store I was told my order had not been made. Waited another 20 minutes and order still wasn’t completed. Manager was rude and not one of the employees apologized for the inconvenience. Ive been a customer of this franchise for 30 years. Today was the last dollar I will spend with Dominoes pizza.

Not sure why I just got hung up on. I didn't curse anyone, hell, I couldn't even get the damn address out of my mouth before she interrupted me stating they don't deliver here. I'm 1.4 miles away from their store. I tried giving the address again, and got interrupted again with "sorry we don't deliver there" with the most sincere sarcasm a person can relay over a phone call then hung up. Makes me think she was looking for any reason to fabricate not to accept a delivery order. I mean, I know the general public doesn't like us truck drivers, but damn. I went out of my way to talk civilly.
