We came in on a Thursday morning for a short and sweet stop. Their donuts are bright, happy and colorful. We love that there are savory as well as sweet options. Normally I have a salt tooth, but my favorite pastries here were the donuts. As someone who doesn't have a sweet tooth: I genuinely couldn't get ENOUGH of these.

Wonderful hiddem gem of Galveston. Kolaches and Old Fashion Donuts are excellent. Breakfast tacos are like small burritos stuffed with flavor. Very friendly staff. Even the coffee is decent. Great for getting a box to treat the office. Brings smiles to all. .

After reading all the reviews of the donut shops on the island, this one seems to be one of the most popular. I have to admit this pink building stands out on the side of the road and has about a dozen or so parking spaces. Once inside, there's about Four tables to sit at and a display case filled with pastries. The folks behind the counter are quite personable and one reason this place is so popular is that their prices are surprisingly low. They do have cold drinks as well as coffee. If you want your pastry heated up, you'll have to use the microwave situated by the front window. The quality of their baked goods is very good, especially for the money which makes this place worth coming to.
