Food was good, average. The service was great. Definitely a sit and enjoy the place atmosphere. Feels like a true Mexican restaurant. Prices are set accordingly. Order the ground beef enchiladas for a sure hit and not miss.

Want yummy well priced food that isn’t a useless tourist trap? El Nopalito’s is the PLACE TO GO!!! Leaving Galveston this morning my husband and I just wanted some simple breakfast tacos without waiting forever and paying a ton. El Nopalito’s has delicious breakfast burritos which equal almost three breakfast tacos. They were absolutely delicious. The tortillas are extremely fresh and flavorful. This restaurant elevates the common Tex-mex nacho to a whole new level by the the freshness and flavor of the ingredients. The Carne Gisada is so deliciously satisfying and my only regret is the the portion was larger than what I could consume in one sitting. The tomatillo salsa is fantastic! Will definitely be back on my next trip to Galveston!
