We were seated quickly but after that there was nothing quick about it. The server was nice but the food took way too long to get to us. It was 4th of July weekend but we were seated quickly. Maybe they weren't staffed adequately. I don't know. But it took about 45 minutes for us to get our food.
We were very excited when we arrived as this has been a great restaurant for our family for many years. When we arrived, we were greeted by 2 energetic hostesses. As we began to walk up the stairs to our table, a server ran down the stairs and scolded the hostesses for seating us as the kitchen was closing. They told him they were going to seat us as the kitchen was still open. We sat down at our table and within minutes, this same server ran to our table and told us to “Hurry...
We have always had a great experience at Fish Tales. Food is always great. But today was a first with very poor service. Daniel was the server. An hour and our appetizer was never brought out. Maybe he was new, not sure but he did seem pretty out of it.
