Gay Bars in Galveston, TX

“I felt compelled to leave a review due to all the bad reviews. I came in with *very* low expectations due to the reviews prior- but being from Austin and visiting lots of cities bars/ gay bars- I LOVE a dive.

A dive is not something you create, it just is as a bar- and this one is no different. The bar tender was taking his time, but once you order- you are good. The prices are bar none the best in the city (my Heineken was $3.50- yes you read that right). The vibe inside is Smokey and old gay bar- as previous reviewers have said if you don’t like that- go out back.

Two patios are outside plus an outside “poolside” bar.

Plus on this block there is another bar (also smoking) if you need a respite from the action.“
