Ordered through Uber as hooties burger bar, but both times, the burgers have been great, they taste so good, and they have great boneless chicken wings!

Horrible service, below average food. No wonder the restaurant is dead at 7:30p on a Thursday. Asked for flats, received a mix. Ordered crispy French fries and received soft fries. Half the TV's either didn't work or weren't on. Had to go find our waitress Kasey as she was rarely to be seen. Requested to cancel the last round of beers. Got tired of waiting on them. Every single round. Had to ask for Togo boxes and our bill. Sigh. You'd think for the restaurant being as dead as it was the servers would be taking better care of the few tables they have. Not a manager in sight.

This is a nice Hooters, very large and off water. Problem is it's never busy, tourist trap, food has been terrible all 3 times I been here, although it was taken off the bill. Waitresses seemed to be interested in thier friends at the tables more than anything... This place really needs a manager to clean things up. Maybe the owner don't care??

Place was a joke. Waited to be seated for 20 minutes, then was told only had 2 employees working. We should of left but didn't waited forever for food almost finished eating and girlfriend food never came. Was told they remade it just to be told later they never made it and was making it when was ready to leave. Service sucked and food was OK but not worth the price. Will never go back
My recent visit to Hooters left much to be desired. Despite the enticing promise of their famous wings and vibrant atmosphere, the reality fell short. The establishment seemed severely understaffed, resulting in a prolonged wait for service.One glaring issue was the lack of available workers willing to bring us forks if we had a worker bring us forks it would only be one when we asked for fourFurthermore, the limited number of workers struggled to keep up with the demands of the crowded venue, leading to frustrating delays in getting orders taken and meals served.While the food itself may have met expectations, the overall experience was marred by these significant shortcomings. Until improvements are made in staffing and basic amenities, I'm hesitant to recommend Hooters as a dining destination.
