Cashier rude, nothing is priced in entire store. We got one gallon of milk for $9, YES, NINE DOLLARS!! My hubby wanted bait and beer so we went somewhere else. We WILL NOT be returning here. Save your money...go elsewhere.

The feel was very unwelcoming, my female friend asked to use the facilities and we were grumpily told that the Port a can was located out back. And mind you this is one grown adult to another grown adult. I get it those folks out west treat everyone like tourists. I don’t usually visit those haunts and haven’t in a while, but on this Monday morning I was entertaining a client. An my client in stride is from Galveston as well and politely acknowledges that we are being mistaken for tourists.. and goes to use the port a can and it’s not clean or supplied with necessary items.. I remember when Dominic Sasser owned that store it was nice and welcoming. And hired local kids in the summer… and everyone was friendly.. I’ll try again “ later

While on a work trip I needed to use the bathroom and on this stretch of road, there are no bathrooms available as well as no porta potties on the beach. I ran in there and begged the clerk if I could use his bathroom real quick. He told me no that they didn't have a bathroom which is a lie. Of course they have a bathroom but it's for employees, whatever. He then pointed to a TV screen with multiple camera views on it next to him that the entire store could see and pointed to a drain on the ground at the back of the store and told me I could go squat back there. How disrespectful and rude to say some thing like that to a human being. I understand you don't want to let people use the bathroom. That’s all you have to say. But to tell a woman to go drop her pants and squat over a hole in the ground in the back of their store with a camera watching her for the entire store to see and on video... Are you kidding me!?!

I asked people on the beach where to get coffee on the west end and they all said go to the store at the strip mall. Well...it was the worst coffee I had on my entire trip. The cappuccino machine was blowing air and water, then the coffee I added just tasted off. Oh well, it became a joke which coffee was worse, this places or the iced coffee from a Braums in Moore, OK.The cashier was nice so ? for her.

Formerly Hummel's... now Frescomart. They have another location in Houston. Predatory business practices indeed. The new owners refuse to post any prices for any of their goods. They can charge whatever they wish at any time, without the customer knowing. I always try to support local businesses versus chain stores. However in this instance, I have chosen not to support this business unless they post prices.
