ordered 2 breakfast meals this morning and the hashbrowns were so greasy they soaked through the pouch they come in, through the bag and soaked a napkin. they were absolutely gross and messy
Great location! I used Uber Eats to order and everything was hot and the vegetables were fresh and crispy. I ordered the munchie meal with a double jack, two tacos, and onion rings + drink, which is a great value meal. The onion rings were so crunchy. I love how they have cherry cola because it is my favorite soda! I ordered the overload chocolate cake too, and it is delicious and moist. My only complaint is there is no options to include sauces when ordering through uber, so I had no ketchup or other sauces to dip in. There were only a few- maybe five onion rings included which is a small portion in my option (though the value of the overall meal makes up for it). Other than that, I would definitely order again.

I’ve been to many of jack in box locations over the years and this is the best! The food is always great, fresh and hot, the best. Our server, Andrea is awesome, a breath of fresh air, she’s the best! And we love her awesome nails, just like my wife does!!!! Thanks!!!!!

Homeless people just chilling all day inside
If could get if I could give zero stars I would. They had the door locked 30 minutes early. I explained to the team member that we had several orders and that’s why we rushed over to make sure that we made it over before the lobby closed. The team member at the door waved us off and said that we would be able to place all the orders that we needed in the drive through. So we went around and the lady in the drive through stated that we would only be able to place two orders per car. We explained that we had just talked to some one and he stated that we would be one to place the orders that we needed. She stated that he didn’t know and she’s not taking more than two orders per car. She was extremely rude the entire time she was dealing with us.

Close the lobby 15 mins early and was extremely rude and disrespectful, laughing about the fact they closed the lobby early and were too lazy to do their jobs.

Whole restaurant was extremely dirty and just felt nasty. I really don't see how they pasted a health inspection. Definitely will be the first and last time I visit that location.

I ordered on the JACK IN THE BOX APP. Went to store and they do not have the shake I ordered, they would have to fill the machine and everything. It is going to take an hour. I asked to cancel my order and they cannot do that because they do not have anything to do with DAT app!. LET THAT SINK IN FOR A MOMENT. JACK IN THE BOX HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE JACK IN THE BOX APP. I left without my order and without a refund. I will never go to any Jack in the box ever again! 10/14/2025 AROUND 9PM.

Dominique H she put my husband on that vanilla iced coffee that was very delicious! We appreciate her going above and beyond when we came by bc we were looking for something with out any sugar and she recommended that! Thank you so much food was delicious as always!
