I go there on Saturday morning for coffee at 6:00 and the lady told me she wasn't going to unlock the door so I can come in. I asked her why and she still yells at me from across the store instead of coming to talk to me at the door. Initially I was standing there and the manager and two other employees were staring at me from the counter and then they tell me they won't open the door. I go there for breakfast to get a grilled chicken wrap. I stand at the counter for 10 minutes and then have to say something to get their attention or stand in their view before they come to the counter and then when I got my order, take a look at it and flat with hardly any lettuce or pickles in it. The morning crew sucks.

30 min wait in Drive thru on a Sunday night at 9:30 pm with only 2 cars in front of me. I could see the cook in the large windows doing a FaceTime holding the phone wearing a plastic glove he is grabbing dood with. Finally got my food and wanted to ask for a water but the cashier slammed the door after verbally snapping my total at me. Overall it was the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food place. Please restart this location it is horrible! Hot mini tacos but loaded wedges were cold and not dressed corrsctly.

Got cursed out for asking a question about the burger. Had to call corporate about it before the general manager came out. Sounded like they did not respect him because she did not care to appologize for doing what she did. She needs to be fired. Totally do not recommend that branch. Both the manager and worker need to be changed.

A very good Southwest salad ...in Galveston, Texas. I won't even stop at the Vidor, Texas location..filthy inside the pkace would be affraid to eat anything from there.

From the mangers to just overall employees all my order was wrong we had 9 orders... In fact I order a double burger and got a single patty 😂 when I told the employee he looked and said what do you want me to do.. Not clean tables floors sticky
Front counter server was extremely rude. I asked for a cup lid between customers, and she threw her hand up in my face & told me to wait until she was done taking orders. There was no ice in the drink dispenser and no small cup lids. We were also served 3 chicken nuggets in the kids meal instead of 4. Will not be returning.
