I really don’t even like going to the Jack in the box by my house so I usually drive to a further one due to the ridiculous noise level from the employees… it makes no sense why they should be basically yelling and acting all crazy and singing and dancing to hip hop while we trying to eat our food and there is customers in drive thru seeing all this as well it’s just very childlike to me…. So I’ll continue to drive 15-20 min out of the way to get nice and courteous service

I went through the drive through tonight and ordered 4 tacos with no lettuce and a few other things I got home and saw I did not get my four tacos without lettuce.. I tried calling the store six times and no one would answer the phone. I am pretty disappointed as I payed for my food and I think it's pretty unfair that I did not receive the food I paid for.

Every single time I go to this location the drive thru takes 45 minutes. The other day we stopped and all the cars ended up backing out. It's a shame, because the food is amazing. Just like makes me never want to go there.

Very seemingly confused working staff not organized or timely with customers. There were only 2 other customers along with us in the restaurant and it took for what seemed like forever to get our order taken and it seemed it took 10 to 15 minutes to get our food. My wife only likes pickles and ketchup on her food and when she got her sandwich it was loaded. Not a really pleasant visit

All I will say is retraining the employees to learn how to talk to people would be great. Food was somewhat cold. It is what it is I guess. Won’t be going here again.

Took over 30 minutes to get our food and we were the only people in the place, friendly for 3 different homeless people coming in and out the whole time we were waiting. The person making the order was about as friendly as friendly as a wet paper bag. Not a fan of this location and hopefully management pays attention.

I’ve been waiting for my food for an hour and nothing I don’t know why they can’t make the orders quickly there are only 6 burgers they are bad and they have no respect

Got cursed out for asking a question about the burger. Had to call corporate about it before the general manager came out. Sounded like they did not respect him because she did not care to appologize for doing what she did. She needs to be fired. Totally do not recommend that branch. Both the manager and worker need to be changed.
