We took a chance on eating at Jetty based on the review’s that I had read. And they were spot on!! Although we were there for breakfast in the middle of the week, and no buffet, we ordered from the menu and were very pleased with our food. The waitress (Vanessa) was outstanding and provided superb service to our table. Will definitely eat there again when in Galveston.

Horribly slow.
We were one 3 tables that had people and they blamed our long wait on getting alot of tables who all ordered at once.
This is a great choice for a family friendly place to eat for breakfast.. nothing fancy but service was excellent and food was fresh!

We had dinner and breakfast buffet here and they both were good. Service was fast, we were seated right away and food was good. Our server checked in during our meals also. Good, quick spot to get food if you are staying in the hotel

What a great experience! We learned that the chef is new and WOW! Wherever he left from is sadly much worse off for his leaving. Service is superb. Don't be fooled because it's in a hotel. It doesn't get any better than this. Joey Pennington is one fantastic manager and it shows through his whole team!!

We went for the breakfast buffet. Despite not being too busy, the food was fresh and hot. The southwest eggs were great, and the chocolate crossiants and other pastries were much better than before. Joey and Sandra were great. The service was outstanding. I didn't have to flag someone to get a coffee refill, and the service was prompt and friendly. It is a great alternative to some of the other restaurants on the boardwalk that have slow service times.
I will be going back soon.

I really enjoyed eating at Jetty’s during my stay at the hotel. The food was cooked well and tasted good. We were a party of three and we all enjoyed our food. We had a comfortable window seat booth and their customer service was excellent. No complaints.

This place didn't open until 5pm yet my reservation was for 2pm. Not joy that reservation was allowed for 2pm! We did return at 5. Bug in water and sauce on fettuccine tasted spoiled. Chicken was boiled and then grilled making it rubbery. The manager took half off but wouldn't suggest the food. The bar food is from same restaurant.
