Let me tell you about this awesome location!!! The staff that was working there Sunday was absolutely amazing we live in Killeen and love Jimmy John’s but hate going because all the locations the staff is mean and just don’t care. This location as soon as I walked in they greeted us and talked to us about our visit. It was probably the best location of Jimmy John’s we’ve been too. No issues with this Jimmy John's. Party of 2x on a Saturday for lunch. Service was fine and the sandwiches were the same quality we expect from any Jimmy John's. There is a small parking lot behind the Jimmy John's with spaces reserved for their customers (and handicapped too) you might be able to snatch if you are lucky. If you can't get a spot there, street parking (usually paid during the day) is available along the Strand.

Today I went for lunch and when leaving there was a newish teal Honda Accord parked next to the curb blocking the road with a female Jimmy Johns employee outside the car talking to the driver which isnt a huge deal other than the driver of the car threw some trash out of their window onto the street as I passed!!! Another patron who was leaving at the same time as me picked up the trash and gave it back to the driver letting her know she dropped it in a polite tone. The Jimmy Johns employee and the driver then proceeded to go off cursing and waving their middle fingers at the patron yelling very rude things. What kind of business employees people that are willing to act a fool in front of their place of work while wearing company clothing! She should be fired! On top of that they are consistently slow despite their slogan... I have been there before and literally no one else was in the store and i was told it would be 30 min wait cause they had a catering order... The only thing good about that location is the food. I have been going there since it opened and it has gone way down hill over the last few years. To bad the seawall location closed...

Too difficult to find. After a 38 min drive from the west end of Galveston we went the competition.
Not deaf friendly there refused accept my $50 dollars got wrong order not even hot gave me cold one very disappointed in this restaurant won't go there again.

I came in a few weeks ago after hurricane Beryl, while on lunch break. Anyway Jimmy Johns was swamped with orders and even though I placed my order online my order was delayed another 30 mins. Nonetheless I met Satoya the store manager who was very pleasant, nice, and friendly even though the store was super busy. She seems to always go above and beyond and I look forward to seeing her when I order again.

This particular franchise is the EXACT opposite of the Jimmy John's "freaky fast" motto. I went to this location three times in the month of August (2024), and on each occasion -- SERVICE WAS SLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOWWWWWW. I mean, painstakingly slow.
