Placed order 20+ minutes ahead. Waited 15 minutes in store and they hadn’t even started on the order.
While I waited, multiple people with online orders came in and were told their orders weren’t started yet. A couple walked in and ordered two sandwich and got theirs ahead of everyone else.
No acknowledgement from staff and poor interactions when they did respond. Should have gone to Jersey Mike’s.

Food waa great, came during lunch time and my only complaint is it wasn't Jimmy John's fast lol. Other than that everything was perfect!
Ps, there are Jimmy John spots you can park and eat and not have to pay the $21 parking fee.

5-25-2025 Place was clean very well kept. All were friendly. We stopped in for a quick snack. Ordered an unwich (no bread, wrapped in lettuce). very good.
Darnell helped us and was super friendly and helpful. Answered all questions. This is a small location but plenty of seating inside and out. Wheelchair accessible and good view to see ships when they are at port. They have a small parking lot that is free to their customers. Great location. Thanks!!

Went at lunch time and the place was swamped, we were advised it would be a 15 minute wait. Service was efficient but not very friendly. Sandwiches were fresh and good JJ standards.
Huge shout out to the staff at this store. Very nice and welcoming of dogs and visitors. Even came out and gave us a shade when a few drops of rain came down. Thanks Sam

Very close to dolphin tours so after a tour we went over for lunch. The place was swamped so there was a 15 minute delay in getting our lunch. Service was efficient not friendly. Our sandwiches were fresh and made well.
