Easily the worst walk-in experience I’ve had in any food establishment in the last 2 years.Service was terrible, cashier was combative, profane, and condescending. Clearly going through personal issues on the clock.I’d pay more for delivery next time just to save my my peace.

Place was nice and clean . Great food as always but all the employees did not seem very happy. Actually very rude. Did not like answering any questions we had about menu items. They were not even busy just hanging out with each other. One was actually climbing on the counters with her shoes on to get boxes from above and never wiped once she got down.The best part was the bathroom floor lol .

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Very poor management, Javelle, does not know how to talk to her customers in a professional way. Instead of saying she was sorry about my order, she said you paid for it, you're stuck with it. That's very rude coming from a manager.No wonder they have two stars because of people like that working .

Last Thursday October 5th I met a colleague at Jimmy John's on the Strand for a meeting @ 4:30 pm while grabbing a bite to eat. The two employee's that were working behind the counter Melissa( Mgr.) & Taya (GM) while we were meeting were behind the counter talking and laughing extremely loud that my colleague and I couldn't even hear ourselves talking. When I asked the two young ladies if they didn't mind to lower it a bit we couldn't hear ourselves talking. They both responded very rudly with an attitude and unprofessional "Like really we don't have to that's your problem." What these young people don't understand the customer always comes first. Respect, appreciation for your customer is a given.Without the customers patronizing the business you don't have a job it's called "Laid Off". U don't have enough customers to keep the doors open you don't have a Job!!!BAD SERVICE & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
