10:41am drive-thru robot “sorry we are closed” Then the employee yells at me for running her drive-thru timer. So are you closed or open? A lot of drama considering i am their first and only customer today.
She says, “I dont have to explain anything to you.”

Do not recommend this location at all. The driver threw person yesterday needs to find a new job. The young lady working the drive threw is miserable. Unfortunately her employer has low standards in hiring good people to work for their establishment.

Usually the service here is so good but tonight I pulled up FORTY EIGHT MINUTES before they closed and they said “we’re out of chicken and we’re about to close” like bro how is KFC out of chicken 💀💀💀

Cashier did an ok job but didn’t warn us there was no ice and fountain drinks weren’t cold. They offered no remedy. The food was fresh, hot and tasty though. Eating inside the store was pretty miserable because it was so hot.

Amazing, best KFC we've had in awhile. Hot and fresh when we went close to closing time as well as when we went back the morning before we left. Whenever in Galveston will definetely be eating here. Don't know what they do different than everyone else but they need to share their secret.

Tried to place a order but the cashier was so rude. She got my order wrong & was upset when I tried to correct my order. I finally got my order & items were missing. Not a good experience at this location.

All around great experience, food was good, it was clean and actually quiet. Service was outstanding, Andre was on point he recommended the KFC sauce when I asked about sauces. It was good along with the food! Will definitely be back. The other employees were nice and staying busy!

The lady stated that she was the manager with short hair and tattoos was extremely rude to the customers and staff. Horrible experience. She was angry because they ran out of chicken and started screaming at everyone. Refused to give her name and even had Door Dash orders waiting that was already prepared.

Food was cold and soggy also looked like it was sat on for a few hours. I’ve honestly have had better food in county jail. Would definitely send someone here I don’t like. The place was dead at lunch time, I guess that’s what I get for ignoring the red flags.

I still don't understand what kind of people work in customer service and how they get these jobs. today I went shopping. chicken and a sandwish and I was served by a very aggressive girl from Tania just for asking "if I could make my sandwish double or bigger" I just needed an answer and she started to say that she didn't even understand what I was asking her, but in a very aggressive way , maybe it's because I'm Latino, that's what it made me feel all the time, please take care of your customers, that's the reason why companies are ending. And choose employees better because with people like that working, you don't feel safe or able to eat in peace.

Happy Holidays. It burdens me to be writing your establishment about my experience when I visited your store this morning. I went in Store #F172012 & immediately I felt my presence wasn't welcomed. Jessica, who took my order didn't respond when I said Good morning. She rudely asked, "What do you want?" I gave her my order. As she was preparing my to go order, I noticed she selected for me original recipe. I said, "excuse me I wanted Extra Crispy". She snapped back & said, Well, you didn't say that. I replied, Well, usually cashiers use suggestive selling & ask original or extra crispy. But I didn't. I wasn't asked if I wanted anything to drink, dessert, anything else to go with your order. Feeling uncomfortable I moved a little to the left so that I could watch her make my dinner for today. Thanksgiving. Where you'd think a little kindness & gratefulness by a person in service to others would show. Especially in a restaurant. As she was making my dinner, Jessica was doing so with an attitude. Slamming each piece of chicken in the box. Then on to the fries the same. When bagging the boxes into the carryout bag, the same. I'm almost scared to eat it, knowing how red her face turned without remorse of how she was handling me or the products I just purchased at your store. I WILL NEVER EVER visit that location again!!!! I hope you all find someone that loves to do their job serving others, treating customers as they appreciate their business, & that everyone is welcome, & without making them feel the way Jessica.. made me feel right now. Thank you for your time & Happy Holidays. Did I mention she came straight out of the parking lot where she was on the phone & proceeds to the register without the proper hand-washing requirements (Check your cameras!!!). What a $28 waste of time. I dont think I'll ever return to that store again!!
