I went to pick up a doordash order from this location. Oh boy....
1)Woman at counter was on phone and would not even acknowledge me. It took two other employees coming from the back to help me. Very polite and helpful. (They did not have any chicken ready.) 2)Upon pickup, thanked the two e.ployees that helped me and mentioned the woman on her phone that did not help. This prompted her to follow me out of the store, swearing at me threatening to fight me. Very,very poor taste and absolutely unprofessional. The correct response would have been to apologize. I would never allow her to work in my store. How this was allowed to take place is beyond me. Please raise your standards KFC.

Do not recommend this location at all. The driver threw person yesterday needs to find a new job. The young lady working the drive threw is miserable. Unfortunately her employer has low standards in hiring good people to work for their establishment.

Amazing, best KFC we've had in awhile. Hot and fresh when we went close to closing time as well as when we went back the morning before we left. Whenever in Galveston will definetely be eating here. Don't know what they do different than everyone else but they need to share their secret.
