Always a great spot to stop for coffee, brunch, lunch, or just some shareables with friends!

Highly recommend the bacon wrapped dates if you haven’t had them yet. Trust me, you’ll thank me later. 😁

The food here is so good and a less busier spot than other restaurants in the area. Faster seating time but you have to order food at the bar.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but after this, I won’t be back. I booked a 30-person event a month in advance, both by phone and in person, and the manager confirmed it again on June 21, 2025 (with time stamps). When I called today to finalize details, I was told there was “no record” of it. Instead of owning the mistake, the manager dismissed my concerns and claimed they couldn’t accommodate that many people. Disorganized, unprofessional, and a complete disregard for loyal customers.

Excellent food and service for a fair price! I got the creme brûlée French toast and it was phenomenal and approved by our 15 month old 😆 my husband got the honey chicken biscuit which was also super delicious. Good portion sizes, nice decor and atmosphere with extremely friendly staff. You sit down and order at the bar and they bring your food out to your table, but feels like a nice sit down place. Highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our brunch at The Leeland House. Great for out of towners and locals alike. Tried a bunch of places and this was our favorite. In a good area of Galveston and family friendly. Provided an elevated culinary experience with a fun, casual atmosphere and at a reasonable price. Just ask the ladies behind the bar what's best on the menu and order that. You won't be disappointed. We'll definitely come back next time we are in town.

This spot is worth the trip. The food was fantastic. The drinks were wonderfully mixed and the staff was friendly and welcoming. It is a definite place to eat while you're in town.

I ordered buttermilk pancakes and they had cinnamon in them. It’s not advertised to have cinnamon in them. The mimosas was half filled. The spinach dip was amazing! Bloody Mary was gross. My brother ate a brunch burger and it looked great and he stated it was good. The place is pretty much self served. You seat your self and go to the bar to order and pay. The restaurant was nicely decorated. It was a little noisy but I’m guessing that was the lunch rush. Also was quite expensive. For three people it was $90.

If you want a burst of flavorless, dry food with a side of awful service this is the place for you! This is an example of any typical gentrified overpriced establishments kept solely open on tourist traffic. The drinks are decent.

Good food. Can't really speak too much on service, as it was counter service everyone was friendly and we received our food super quickly.

Amazing food and service!! Immediately when walking in the girlys working were so helpful in letting us know that it is open seating and brought us our menus, ordering was very easy and I really appreciated being able to pay when we ordered so we’re not waiting around for someone to give us our check when we’re done eating. The food was so amazing!! The eggs Benedict is served on an avocado toast and the French toast bread tasted like it was baked homemade; we tried the iced brown sugar latte that was so good and the iced dirty chai and it was the best chai I had in a while!! 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend and definitely going again.
