Tried to order food when the store was still open for 20 more minutes the door was locked but a homeless lady came out to tell us they close the lobby an hour before they close to clean when we said we didn't have a car to do the drive though they said still stand in the line behind two other cars... How can you let homeless people inside that don't work there but not let people that wanted to spend money there inside to do so? Bad business.

Worst pizza place i have seen. Has a drive thru that nobody will wait on or come to window. Go inside and they ignore you. I just left and did not come back. With service this bad i can only image how horrible the food would be.

My husband experienced racial discrimination and he experienced third party harassment at this location at approximately 6:00pm I have physical evidence that supports this claim. If you do not respond to me by Monday 12/8/25 or Tuesday 12/9/25 ! We are ready to persue legal action .

If I could leave a zero star, I would I came in to place my order the person at the register who I believe to be the manager short little Mexican lady really sweet. Informed me that I could not place a future pick up order to be for like an hour and a half. I wanted it sooner than that. I was very clear and said please make it now so that I can go to the store and just come back and it be in the warmer and ready. Did she do that? No, she did not now I’m sitting here waiting 30 freaking minutes for my food that should’ve been ready already.She’s

I have had 4 pizzas not cooked fully at this location. Check to see if it’s cooked on the bottom. All 4 half cooked pizzas were returned on 4 different occasions for a refund 👍

Here for vacation so I'm glad I'm not local. Door dashed almost $80 worth of pizza and bread sticks. I did order wings but I never got them. The 3 orders of breadsticks were burnt and hard. I did call about our wings but was told I couldn't get a refund because we door dashed.
She was very sweet,( delivery driver ) the pizza was perfect, just like I remember back in Detroit growing up! Lots of toppings, all the way to the edge! Tasted great! And a good price to match. Will definitely use them more often. First time working out here in Galveston driving a crew boat. She brought it here in great timing too! Thank you Ashley!
