My husband and I stopped here for lunch. View of the ocean was great, but service was horrible. I ordered fish tacos, my husband ordered shrimp tacos. It’s took about 45 minutes and we were finally served the fish tacos (it didn’t come with the pineapple salsa it referred to on the menu). We were never checked on by our server in that time. It then took 20 more minutes until we could see the server again to ask where the shrimp tacos were as he had served every other table food that came in after us. He said kitchen was backed up then as he checked he realized he never put the second order in. We then told him we’d just take the check and leave since we had already been there over an hour and he didn’t even offer a comp of discount and when we asked he argued us about one, but finally took a beer and a soda off of the bill. Horrible service, the tacos we did receive were mediocre at best, would never go again.

Terrible service and one rude bartender! Sat at the bar for 15 minutes and never received a menu. Felt completely ignored, as there were only a handful of patrons in the joint. A couple walked up to the bar and immediately received menus. We left and went somewhere else.
The best burger I have eaten at a restaurant in a while for the price. It was thick and juicy, the bun was delicious and it came with lettuce, tomatoes and bacon. The cucumber cooler was so refreshing and hit the spot. Shannon was awesome with the customer service. Enjoyed it and coming back.

This bar has amazing beach front views.. I think what ruined our very short lived experience here was one of the bartenders.. she was rude and snappy we stayed maybe 5 minutes.. the one drink we got we left with it and went down to the float which was a much better experience.. I’m sure there are wonderful bartenders at the longboard pool bar we were just unfortunate with the one we got

They took almost 40 min for an order of nachos. It was around 2ish so there where 2 people at the bar and us. The food served was cold so we weren’t happy. However the server did his job correctly. It was more a kitchen problem.

Quick fun spur of the moment Happy Hour on Sunday at the Long Board bar on The Seawall. This is the pool bar for the DoubleTree. Great drinks & wings and helped us laugh the Cowboys loss! Ian took great care of us, it was pretty busy in there. Stop by and check it out!
