Something has definitely changed at the Pirates Beach Location. We ordered from this location almost weekly while living on the West End for 5 years and now when we are on vacation. Picked up an order last night and the pizza had no sauce, almost no toppings, crust was dry and what toppings were on there weren't distributed evenly.Not sure if someone new bought this location or what, but it was nothing like the Pizza we normally get. Gino's will be our go to from now on.

What I really don't understand is why open at 5pm and you're missing so much money around lunchtime. For the last month, my guys (20+) and I have been working on the island for centerpoint. We've been looking for a great lunch spot for pizza and have been forced to buy Hunts pizza, spending hundreds a day when we would have gladly spent it there. Definitely need to open around 12, you're probably missing out on thousands a day.

Love this pizza. Extra pepperoni loaded the pizza!
Yuuuuummy! Fresh toppings, great crust and a deal! We called in an order for a medium Mario’s special, bread and salad to go. Our order taker was pleasant. The pizza came loaded with quality ingredients. The cheesy garlic bread with marinara sauce was toasted to perfection and the marinara sauce was delicious. The garden salad had tomatoes, cucumbers and black olives. It was large enough for 2 people. Everything was wonderful! We were able to make 2 meals out of our order and still had bread leftover. In the Jamaica Beach area, I’ve now tried 2 pizza places. This one is by far the best for service, food quality and price. Highly recommend!

An unruly blathering twerp of a customer came in complaining and bellyaching about his sandwich, chef comes out and chases him off for being disrespectful. Customer service you can count on! Love this restaurant! Great pizza, great everything!

Wish you could dine in. Had to go and distract my kids for an hour and then come back and pick up pizza. At least pizza was worth the wait. It was delicious!!!!

We ordered a large Pepperoni & half sausage pizza. It was ok. No real flavor. We also ordered the hot Buffalo wings which were a little sweet. Again, nothing great. We also ordered the meatballs appetizer and the meatballs didn’t taste fresh. $51 and some change later plus tip, we wish we had went elsewhere. Delivery was good.

Take out only, but not many options on this side of the island. Order had several things incorrect, wings came bbq and were supposed to be mild. 1 sandwich had no mayo on it, caprese didn't have extra cheese. What was correct, was good, however. Service wasn't great. Asked for a topping they had, young girl said they didn't have it, but then did for only pizza and couldn't ring it up. Seems the back of the house is decent, front of the house needs some work/training.
