There was food and drinks all over the floor walls and ceiling I only ordered a Big Mac and it took 2 hours. I tried getting some soda and the machine fell apart.

This has to be the most filty location we have ever visited. The service was terrible. After a near 30 minute wait for our carry out order we never received our drinks. The look on all the other customers impatiently waiting on their orders told us all we needed to know. We just left with out or complete order.

Okay listen—if you’re ever on the Galveston Seawall, just do yourself a favor and swing through this McDonald’s. Whether it's 9 AM or 10:43PM, the vibes? Immaculate. The food? Always fresh. Like, somehow the fries are still giving “just out the grease” energy every single time. 🔥
The staff? Sweet, fast, and got that Southern charm. A little stingy with the ketchup but hey, I’ll survive 😭😂
I don’t know if they’re trained by Chick-fil-A or Beyoncé herself, but they’re ON it. And let’s not forget the true bonus: the free entertainment. You're on the Seawall, baby—you might see a beach proposal, a baby iguana, or someone doing TikTok dances in a shark onesie. 💃🏾🦈

The manager is so rude. Her credit card machine didn't work on kiosk. So I go the the counter and try to order. She says we don't take order at the counter only the kiosk. Well manager your machine doesn't work. Machine ask for a code, there is no code given. Nancy the team member was so kind. Nancy should be the manager!

I would have given a 5 star overall but the lady who took our order got it wrong on a couple of things. I even repeated it to the lady who helped us at the window to pay and she said yes it's correct. So we paid and went to the pickup window. I looked at the receipt and saw the errors. There was a manager there so I told him and he did get our order corrected. Thank You!! Food was perfect! Hot fries, etc.
You have a werid Morning employee that talks with the customers in a creepy way. To be fair, the time interaction is okay, but then he keeps going and says stuff like you're beautiful while a boyfriend or husband is hearing that. Then he walks over to the next customer (another female) and says if he seen her before in his dreams. All while I had to just sit there and witness this clear weirdness of boundaries being messed with. The way the other customers and me can clearly see what it happening her. I'm all for the workers saying good morning. But this...this is soooo werid.

Worst experience I’ve had at a McDonald’s. The manager was extremely rude and asked what we were doing when clearly we were eating the food we ordered in this establishment. So rude her employee apologized for her behavior as we exited. She then proceeded to mumble that “she didn’t even know why we ate in there.” Not only is she rude and unprofessional but she clearly is not a good example for the workers who are young kids depending on her leadership.
