I waited 22 minutes in the drive-through just to place my order and reach the first window to pay. The employee taking orders was extremely slow. When I reached the second window, I was told they were waiting on the meat and asked to pull forward to spot 1, where I waited an additional 15 minutes about 35 minutes total. The only reason I stayed that long was because my kids really wanted the food; otherwise, I would have left. This was by far one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had.the also also forgot my drinks and they managed to mess up the order

I’m writing this review in hopes that someone at this location will actually look into what happened last night, because it was the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. We placed a Mobile Order, checked in, and parked at a curbside spot. After waiting more than 20 minutes with no one bringing our order out, the app suddenly marked it as “picked up” even though we were still sitting there with nothing. We went inside to ask for help and stood at the counter for about 5 minutes with multiple employees walking right past us, ignoring us completely. When we finally spoke up, a female employee actually yelled at us — even though all we did was ask about our order. That level of disrespect was shocking and totally uncalled for. Thankfully, a tall male employee who seemed like a manager stepped in to try and fix the situation. He was respectful and handled things professionally, and I want to give him credit for that. But even with his help, it took another 20+ minutes before anything was brought to us. At that point, we had been dealing with this for nearly 45 minutes. The biggest disappointment is that after all that waiting, over half of our order was still missing. We paid for everything, yet we ended up leaving without a large portion of what we ordered because we were exhausted from constantly having to ask for help and just wanted to leave. Mobile Ordering is supposed to make things quick and convenient — not turn into a stressful situation where customers are ignored, yelled at, and still don’t receive what they paid for. It was frustrating, embarrassing, and honestly shocking that something so simple went so wrong. I hope the store addresses a few big issues: accuracy with curbside orders, better communication, and basic customer respect. The manager who stepped in did his best, but the rest of the experience was unacceptable. Until improvements are made, I can’t recommend this location to anyone.

Worst service ever 😢. People arguing, idly standing, walking out of the restaurant to talk to other people, manager on his phone. A hot mess and a sad excuse for a restaurant. There were people waiting for almost an hour when I joined them to wait for almost 30 minutes.

The poorest service with the guy in the cashier Freddie is his name very rude and to us trying to threaten my husband and us... when we only were wanting to buy 4 hamburgers... NEVER COMING BACK HERE... FREDDIE NEVER GET ATTENDED BY THIS PERSONAL

Only issue I had today is that this morning we ordered breakfast through the drive thru, and that some of our orders was missing, when we came back to get the missing items, the cashier was kind to replace our missing items from the order. This location can be quite busy so they might need some extra help.

I love McDonald's, and the one here is great for when I feel like I'm going insane from schoolwork and need something greasy and gross to make me feel better. Excellent service, straight to the point, no questions asked. Nothing but the cool relief of talking to someone who truly couldn't care if I lived or died. I love this establishment and will be coming back.

Major location, surprised it wasn't busy. The order taker was in a big rush. I had to ask him to slow down, because I was trying to tell him how I wanted my food. Drove up to window 1 he gave me my total & held out the card reader. No thanks no have a great day. My dbl quarter lb was actually fresh for once.

I was very pleasantly surprised this morning I ordered to DoorDash and my order came very quickly which really wowed me because she went to the one on 53rd and Broadway here in Galveston in my books they have been the slowest McDonald's in America to put it politely they're so damn slow usually but I was pleasantly surprised this morning when the young lady brought my order to me within less than 10 minutes and the food was fresh and hot and nice usually it's not like that but I used to work there maybe they saw my name in a hurry to order up I don't know but good job McDonald's about time for real

DO NOT GO HERE. The whole visit was terrible, especially the service. We ordered through the mobile app and waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes before we drove up to give our code. Then, after giving them our mobile app code, we proceeded to wait another 20 minutes before we got to the window to receive our receipt. Then, we went to the next window to receive our food but had to wait another 15 minutes before someone came and opened the window to talk to us and confirm our order. After confirming our order, they proceeded to close the window and didn’t return back for another 10 minutes but only to ask us again what our order was and told us to wait because it’s still being made. Which is ridiculous for the amount of time we already had wait before even getting the food. After we told them our order again, they told us to park in the curbside pick up spot and wait for another 15 minutes so we ended up telling to cancel our order. They said okay but we have to receive any type of cancellation notification so we called the store and some female employee answers and proceeds to tell us the order was cancelled and mid conversation, she hangs up on me without letting me finish what I had to say. When we tried calling back, they put us straight to voicemail multiple times. We called the customer service support number and they proceeded to tell us that the restaurant never cancelled our order but instead mark the order as complete even though we never received our food. After telling us they would cancel the order, they proceed to to lie and continue to take our money without giving us anything in return except horrible service. I recommend to stop coming to this location because they are horrible and will take your money without completing your order. McDonalds definitely won’t be seeing me for a very long time.
