I was really disappointed with my experience at the Discovery Pyramid at Moody Gardens. The information provided about the attraction was misleading, which led to a lot of confusion when we arrived. When we tried to ask for clarification, the manager (Jaqueline ) we spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive instead of trying to help resolve the issue. The manager then continued to raise her voice and basically told us we were “stupid”
Customer service makes a huge difference in situations like this, and unfortunately this experience left a bad impression. I hope Moody Gardens works on providing clearer information to guests and better training for management on how to handle customer concerns professionally.
We drove a long way to get here with our kids & we’re very disappointed I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

DIRT IN WATER. Like the water was legitamently dirty, you could see floating black dots in your water. Also ice was still bricked together, everything questionable.

Moody Gardens around Christmas time is wonderful for a family getaway! In addition to the pyramids, we enjoyed ice skating, endless light installations, and the ICE sculptures were amazing!

Nothing about this restaurant is good. Food is frozen and heated up and bad. Atmosphere of the restaurant is loud and unruly. Staff is unkept and not nice. I would definitely not recommend you waste your money.

Been coming to this restaurant for many years and enjoy each time.
The potential of this place is completely ruined by the rudeness of the staff. The lady in the ticket booth when I offered cash, the other one when we asked about movie tickets and especially the husky amorphous one in the Rainforest who yelled at me for getting too close to a monkey. The monkey was 3feet away and four feet over my head, Pat. Pretty sure neither one of us were endangering the other, but hey, whatever you need to feel better about yourself. Keep us safe, Ranger Rick.

Will not recommend and will be contacting upper management regarding their behavior.
