Our favourite and first stop on the island every time we visit!!! Love the Zeus platter for my kids and any of the wraps!
Excellent food and great service.
This place is not cheap but not expensive. It has something for everyone. Service and food is amazing! Do NOT go here if you like trash over priced frozen food. This is REAL food. 12/10 highly recommend 👌
We passed this restaurant while strolling along the seawall and could hardly wait to go back and try it. When we dropped in for a late lunch, our first impressions were favorable. The staff gave us a warm greeting. The décor was pleasant and interesting, with vintage souvenirs from various places in Greece. The waiter was very friendly and explained the menu very thoroughly. And the lentil soup with which we began our lunch was as good as any that we had ever had. Unfortunately, the main meal, the sampler platter for two, was very disappointing. Past experience had taught us to expect the moussaka and the pastitsio to be rather bland—fair enough. However, the gyros meat was extremely tasteless, and the tzatziki seemed to be missing some herbs. We love Mediterranean food and have tried Mediterranean restaurants in many North American, European, and Asian cities great and small, and we are sorry to say that KritiKos just didn’t hit the mark with us. But we are in no position to comment about anything else on the menu.
Gloomy place. Food was not tasty at all. Rice pilaf, grilled green beans were not salted. Never order mixed appetizers. They brought mixed appetizer with bitter cucumbers. The most bizarre thing is that after telling that to waitress, she came back and said they know about it in the kitchen. She blamed that supplier keeps delivering bitter cucumbers. So don't serve it! The manager was told about it, but guess what they still charged me 12.99 for a food they knew was not ok to serve.
Have been many times both dine in and take-out. The food has remained consistently very tasty and well presented every time. Homemade Greek dressing is delicious on their Greek salad. The hummus app is great. Pita bread is always fresh and tasty. And the meats and veggies all are always fresh and done well.
Service is always prompt and friendly.
Overall a great spot on the seawall and a feather in Galveston's culinary cap.
Chicken picata, Greek salad, moussaka and Greek lasagna were excellent...would definitely go back and highly recommend..fast, friendly service
Love the nice staff
The staff is amazing. The food is so yummy. We go there so often, its a bit pricey but well worth it!!! Lamb amazing chicken kabobs so good fried okra yes please and their parmesan potatoes oh my lanta!!!!! 10 out of 10
I enjoyed the food and selection. The avocado hummus was great. The service was disorganized at times and the prices are on the higher side.

Just tried this place out while in Galveston! LOVED it. We wanted some healthier, lighter, but still TASTY Greek options and this was exactly that. SO GOOD!!!!! I got the falafel platter.
Waiter kept confusing our order. We ended up with cold French fries and fat filled cold lamb chops. Could not finish our meal
Super slow
Delicious Gyro Pita and fries plate. Great service. Clean and nice ambiance. I recommend this restaurant!
The staff was SO attentive and helpful with my questions about ingredients so we could put together a vegan meal. They went above and beyond with customer service. I was very impressed.
Kids' pasta and tomato sauce, with a side of French fries was good for the littles. French fries were particularly yummy.
I got the falafel sampler. Which is almost vegan as is. Greek salad (ask for no feta), falafel, hummus, and dolmades were all delish. The lentil soup was ok. Comes with 1 side. I alsp asked for no pita, since it contains dairy; but they brought it on the side anyway, so my husband ate it.
The only reason I took a star away is because the pita bread has dairy in it. Otherwise they would have gotten 5 stars!
