First time at papas pizza. Came in for a post run snack. Darius was working the cash register. He was very friendly and professional. The menu has lots to choose from. Calamari was great. The cannoli was even better. Thanks Darius!

Just arrvived in Galveston Island for the first time so we decided to have pizza for lunch. Papa's did not disappoint. The salad, pizza and canoli was fresh, hot and tasty. Nothing fancy, not over-priced and it hit the spot. Ryan did a great job at the counter. No pressure ordering and every was like we wanted. We'll be back.

While on vacation in Galveston our family of 4 tried Papa’s pizza. Ryan was especially helpful helping us order since it was our first time. We tried the traditional garlic Parmesan and original hot wings and the boneless lemon pepper (sauced). We also ordered a GF meat only pizza and a traditional Buffalo chicken pizza. The wings were well-made, meaty, and had a great flavor. The gluten-eaters said the chicken pizza had a great flavor and solid crust. The other 2 of us enjoyed the GF meat only pizza- hand-squeezed sausage was especially delicious and the crust was soft and sturdy! No cardboard taste or feel. Ryan helped me bring the food to the table and visited with us awhile. Very friendly and we very much enjoyed our lunch (although we did over-order in our excitement so leftovers came back with us). We’ll get to enjoy Papa’s again tomorrow!

We went to Papa’s on a whim because we were hungry, and we did not expect five-star quality service and food. The cashier was so sweet and took her time to get our order right, and the food was both delicious and fairly priced for the portion. I highly recommend checking it out and trying their subs.
